We found the quality to be low. It was impossible to open the blinds. Blinds couldn't be properly hung because the hooks were misplaced. I found that they would fall from their plastic connections as soon as I touched them. In one instance, a tile floor snapped in half when a person fell on it. It is not a product I would buy, but I thought I would give it a try since it is reasonably priced. In the end, there is a price to pay. There is no customer service line, I tried calling it multiple times and went straight to a voicemail. I was very unhappy with the service. I will be returning the.

The product was cheap, but it was a flawed product

This was for a spare bedroom with a I can't believe I had to install it. The work that my husband did had to be reworked. I used the wand for a while but it suddenly stopped working. As a result, I always have it in a closed shade. By sliding it manually, it can be moved left and right. Going to wait until after visiting season and get a different product.
IT was very inexpensive, so if you don't mind extra time to fix it, it might be okay. Buying this product is a good investment.

I am disappointed

Having my curtains and blinds up was very exciting! I finally removed my curtains and put them up. I wouldn't say that it exceeded my expectations, but not too far! I installed the blinds and put up the flimsy rod but they do not glide and the handle does not work to turn them open. tried calling the company and visiting the website. On both occasions, I received full messages. The website was down when I tried to access it. I am highly disappointed and wish that I could have my money back OR have it replaced.

There was a chance for them to get five However, the valence that came with the blinds was way too short to hang properly

I would have given this five stars if it was not for this. I've contacted the company hoping to get a replacement, but in the meantime, I repurposed the dingy valence from the set I removed (thank god I didn't forget it when I removed the set). In any case, I will update my rating if I get the part. Nevertheless, it's exactly what you should expect for this price. If you want fancy then pay more. It was in good shape when it was delivered to me. It's just a short valence which I hope the company will fix.
