That entire order was placed on July 8th, and despite the fact that they were supposed to arrive in late September/early October, they arrived on Monday of this week. I've been installing, testing, configuring, and so on for the past week, and everything is working perfectly! There are a few things you should be aware of. 1. br>br> Quality . The material isn't as thick as I'd like, mainly because I have clawed cats, so I'm concerned about them scratching or tearing it over time; I'll have to keep an eye on them for a while to make sure they don't mess with them. This is probably my only real gripe, but the material itself is of excellent quality; there were no flaws, the motors functioned properly, and nothing was bent or damaged. The blinds were also exceptionally well packed for shipment. Although my test blind had a small wrinkle, I was able to iron it on the lowest heat setting without using steam or water to fix it. Because the blinds are too new on the market, and I have only had them for a short time, I cannot say if the material will have any fading or discoloration issues over time. The white material is used for my blinds. Finally, the motors aren't as loud as I expected, but don't expect them to be completely silent. Also, because each blind was already paired with the Tuya Smart Life app, I had no trouble detecting them with "Auto Scan. " However, double-check that you have two. Your access point/router should be set to 4GHz mode. This channel may no longer be available on some mesh routers, which will cause you problems. My router is a Netgear Orbi, which auto-configures itself. The channel is detected and there are no problems. 3. br>br>4. br>br>5. br>br>6. I'd like to set 5% just due to my windows, but I believe it to be a Tuya thing not an issue with the blinds, because I can set whatever I want using% Another thing to keep in mind in Tuya Smart Life is that if you want to use Alexa Routines to automatically schedule the blinds to specific positions (rather than full open/close), you'll need to use Smart Scenes Tap-to-Schedule. Tuya can be used to execute automations. These are going to be auto-generated appear as Scenes in Alexa, which you can use to create Routines. 4. br>br> Alexa . Once the skill is paired with Alexa, devices added to Tuya Smart Life will automatically be added to Alexa with the same name set in Tuya. For instance, I gave this name to my Guest Bedroom Blind, and Alexa recognized it as such. As a result, choose names that are obvious and easy to remember. The following commands are available natively through Alexa: Turn the Guest Bedroom Blind on, Alexa. This will put it in its completely open position (100%). Turn the Guest Bedroom Blind off, Alexa. When using Routines, run Automations in Tuya to achieve the desired positions. Routines are required if you want to use open/close verbs instead of turn on/off verbs. For the time being, these are limitations of the Tuya/Alexa integration, not the blinds, and I do not consider them to be a problem. 5. br>br> I'm guessing Google integration is similar to Alexa, but since I don't use it, I can't speak to specifics. br>br>Conclusion: br>br> These are an excellent, cost-effective option for anyone who wants the convenience of smart home automation for their window blinds and shades. They have a hardwired (this one I'm reviewing) and a battery version, as well as other versions that appear to use different materials if you need blackout versions, etc. The company was VERY responsive to my initial questions, and I'm very happy with my dealings with them. This is my honest opinion after 30 days of use with a test blind and nearly a week with my full blinds. If it becomes necessary, I will update this. Should I require additional blinds in the future, I will purchase them, and I would recommend them to anyone in my family or circle of friends.

Cons: 1) There were two boxes delivered. The long box with the track was the very first box. In about 3 weeks, the motor will arrive. The blinds came in the other box two weeks later. valance. br>2) Although there was insufficient hardware for the wall mount installation (as shown), I was able to safely mount it using spare parts from the ceiling mount hardware. br>3) Because the remote does not come with a battery, I had to use the app to configure it. br>4) There are basically only two commands when using it through a smart device (I use Alexa): When the blinds are open, they are slid all the way to one side; when they are closed, they are fully extended to both ends. The command to close, on the other hand, will not make the blinds close. To open or close them, you'll have to use the remote or an app. I'm hoping that this will be added as a feature in the future, possibly through a software update or a smart device feature/change. Advantages: br>br> br>1) They look fantastic (as shown in the photo, which is a coffee color)! Although the valance could have been better designed, it still looks good blocking the track. motor. br>2) It was simple to put together. Despite the fact that it was suggested that two people do it, I did it alone. br>3) The mount appears to be in a secure position. 4) The seller provided excellent customer service. They assisted me in tracking the two packages and offered any additional assistance that I required. br>br>I really wanted to give five stars, but the lack of hardware prevented me from doing so. The fact that it's advertised as a curtain for use with smart devices, but you can't turn the blinds to open/close them to let natural light in (or block the outside), only slide them on the track, hurts the most. Installing it was simple, and the instructions were clear. So far, I've purchased three systems. The construction is excellent. It does not appear to be low-cost. I had a problem with one of the remotes and they did a zoom call, which was excellent customer service. I was able to solve the problem in a matter of seconds. Vertical slides are what I bought. The movement is extremely quiet and smooth. The footprint is quite small. It's simple to place an order. They double-check the size before producing it, and they respond within 24 hours, if not less. There aren't enough compliments to go around. The product arrived in excellent condition. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product. It took a while for my package to arrive, but I was provided with tracking information. It's a little pricey at first, but it's well worth it once you see how well it works and how well the customer service is.

The Amazon Echo integration is mostly functional, with the exception that the words "open" and "close" are inverted. Simply say 20"Alexa, turn the blinds to 75%" or whatever percent you want to turn the blinds to 75" or whatever percent you want to turn the blinds to 75" or whatever% There were no instructions on how to do it, so I hope my review is useful; I figured it out through trial and error. Overall, the blinds are of good quality for the price, and shipping from China took only a few weeks, which is about the same amount of time as a custom order in the United States.

The fact that they create a custom build for an exact fit appealed to me. I was expecting a few issues, but the customer service was extremely helpful, courteous, and responsive. They provided replacement parts (some of the blind rollers were jammed when they arrived), which was very comforting given that this was not a cheap purchase all the way from China. The blinds now look and function as advertised after the issues have been resolved. After going through the initial setup process, I am confident in the product and plan to purchase more from them for other areas of the house.
