How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

Window widths of 22 1/2" to 22 3/4" are recommended. (The blinds are 22 1/8" x 36" in actual size.)
The blinds come with mounting brackets, a tilt wand, a 3 1/4" decorative valance (end corner valances are not included), valance clips, and screws, as well as installation instructions.
Heavy-duty steel headrail with dimensions of 2" x 2 1/4".
Every room will have a more modern and cleaner look with the cordless lift mechanism. To raise or lower the blind, simply grab the bottom rail. Make your home a safe place for pets and children to play. There will be no more dangling cords that are exposed.
Our premium blinds are long-lasting and humidity-resistant. Non-leaded PVC is used for the slats. They're simple to care for and last a long time.

Questions & Answers

The following question has already been posed but not fully addressed: Is it possible to shorten these blinds?

Remove as many slats as you need from the bottom blind, then replace the bottom piece and re-tie.

I recently moved into a house with these blinds and am unable to lower them. When I lift my foot off the ground again, it simply rises higher and stsys there! ?

By using the wand, make sure the blinds are open, but not completely closed, and then pull down the bottom piece by the middle. They operate in this manner.

Is the color of these blunds bright white or cream?

They are a brilliant white color.

Can the blinds be ordered from the manufacturer in a custom length (less than 36") and shortened before shipping, even if the 36" price is paid?

Untie the bottom slats and slide off the desired amount, then tie again at the slat that is the correct length, according to what I've seen. I'm hoping that's correct, because I can't seem to find any 1" mini blinds in sizes smaller than 33. 5" H. They're all urging me to go to 48 or 60, and I'm having a nervous breakdown. I can't seem to find the right width. They instruct us to measure the window opening and subtract 1/2" from each side so that only a quarter of the frame is exposed, but not enough to create a large gap. So they always tell me it's the size of the mini blinds, not the opening, when I get the right opening. But, with the exception of the 2" ones, they don't have any openings that size! Right now, none of the stores are satisfying me. What happened to Custom? I used to work at Home Depot, and I know they're available in shorter lengths and can be custom cut to size; perhaps it's because of the cords that hold them together that those sizes aren't possible? That must be the case! Hah!

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase
5/5

I needed to replace my window coverings, so I purchased these. Before writing a review, I wanted to put them to the test. They are very durable in my opinion (I open them). raise, close Every day, I lower mine). They are simple to lift, and pulling them down requires only a small amount of strength. Others have complained that they don't look like wood blinds on this site. To begin with, they aren't real wood blinds, which is self-evident. I'm guessing this is because the slats don't have a wood grain pattern. Well, I can honestly say that I had custom made 2 in wood blinds made for a custom built house for a few thousand dollars. These appear to be very similar to the custom ones (which did not have the wood grain look). The following are the only differences: Actual wood, on the other hand, cannot be removed and washed down. Pulling these up isn't nearly as difficult as it is with real wood blinds. down. When I compare the two, I only see positives. My blinds were missing a bottom piece end cap when they arrived. I contacted the company directly and inquired about getting one, even if I would have to pay for it. I was told that one would be sent out right away, free of charge. I was sent two so that I would have one extra when it arrived. Customer service is outstanding! I've now ordered a few of these and am extremely pleased with my purchase. Please read the measuring instructions when placing your order as well. Even a fraction of an inch can make a significant difference.

The blind is very nice; it took me no more than 10 minutes to put it up, it looks great and is very sturdy; the instructions are simple; I will update my review if I run into any issues in the future.

Good buy
5/5

This was purchased for my mischievous cat, who is constantly destroying my blinds. These blinds are sturdy and have withstood my cat's abuse. It is, in my opinion, a fantastic product that is reasonably priced. I assumed the blinds would be made of wood when I purchased it. However, when I looked up the term "faux wood," I discovered that it does not refer to real wood. They're still good and sturdy, so I'm not disappointed. If I had measured correctly, it would have been a simple installation. So that's clearly my fault, but I'm still very pleased with myself.

It's functional, attractive, and easy to put together, but it could be less expensive
5/5

Examining the 33. The size of 5 x 36 inches is ideal for both functionality and aesthetics. They have a high quality feel to them; they are not flimsy, but neither are they excessively heavy. The horizontal tilt is adequate, but the no-strings height adjustment that stays in place when you pull it is impressive. I'm unfamiliar with that feature. In less than 30 minutes, I had two sets installed in my office. I didn't need to read the instructions because they were self-explanatory, but I did look at the pictures for a rough guide; your results may vary. However, I don't think a set will take longer than an hour. Next, I'll purchase three additional sets for a bedroom. Price could be about $10 less per person, giving it a 4/5 rating on value. However, overall, I give it a 5/5.

It was a pleasant surprise
5/5

We recently renovated our kitchen and decided to add a walnut frame to the inside of the kitchen window as part of the process. It would match our walnut Butcher block countertops if we did it this way. We wanted blinds that would complement the walnut picture frame rather than detract from it, so we chose a window blind that would fit inside the window frame. These turned out to be "ideal. " Our window is 28 1/2 inches long on the inside. The opening should be at least 1/4" smaller than the blinds themselves, according to this window blind. That is to say, they recommend buying blinds that are at least 28 1/4" wide, which I did because they were 1/8" wider than the recommendation. They should be able to fit because the difference is only 1/8". It's nothing to be concerned about. Nope, nah uh, this has come back to haunt me! The included valance 1) stinks bad as soon as you open the package. After a while, it goes away; however, it is not "square" on either end (as shown in the photos). They're off by about a quarter of a degree. We have the tools to square them up because we're woodworkers. The valance is also about 1/8" longer than the blinds themselves, which I did and trimmed down to size. I'm not sure if it was done on purpose, but I used our miter saw to square and trim the piece to length. I suppose if you're not used to checking for square when installing things (as we woodworkers are), you wouldn't notice and everything would be fine. Remember how I mentioned that the recommended width opening is 1/4" smaller than the window blinds? WELL. Once I TRIED to install the blinds, I had already secured the window blind brackets, but the blinds refused to slide in because the 6 Phillips screws they provided (see pictures) have the heads protruding out by about 1/8" on each side, preventing the blinds from sliding and nesting smoothly and freely in the brackets. I mention six screws because each bracket has four holes on the sides, and I believe they should include two more screws. My solution was to replace the supplied screws with some I made myself, which had a less protruding head. I used pocket hole screws to replace the Phillips screws, but the heads of these screws protruded as well. Not as much as the ones that came with them, but enough that I couldn't get the blinds to sit properly in the brackets. So I hammered the hell out of it, but I quickly stopped after putting a few, not-so-good nails in it. that- It has dents that are noticeable. So I came up with the brilliant idea of simply sanding the end of the blind header until it fit perfectly. I only sanded about a third of an inch off, but it made a big difference. The valance has about 1/64 of an inch of clearance (on each side) as you can see in the photos, which is exactly what I wanted. The valance is also a lighter shade of white than the blinds. The kit also includes clear plastic clips that attach to the blinds' headers and allow you to slide the valance in later. Sliding the valance, as you can see from the photos, is not an option for me. So I had to take down the blinds, attach the clips to the header, reinstall the blinds in the brackets, secure them, and then snap the valance in the middle clip because I didn't want to risk it snapping again. If you have enough space, slide the valance in. It's a lot easier, a lot faster, and it provides you with a lot more peace of mind. The moral of the story is that Save yourself a headache by following their advice. I know I wouldn't have had to deal with the problems I did if I had purchased the recommended blind size. I, on the other hand, would not have had such a neat, tight appearance. It was worthwhile to me at the end of the day. I am, after all, a woodworker. Also, to my delight, there is no cord to adjust the height of the blind opening on these blinds. You only have to pull from the bottom because they're "automatic. " This is a fantastic addition. This also means I'll have to return the magnetic cord management clips I purchased for that particular case. Oh well. To sum it up, I'd buy one again in a heartbeat. I hope this information is useful to someone.

Measure to the nearest tenth of an inch, leaving no room for error
4/5

They appear to be durable and simple to clean. My only criticism is that because of a frame around the window, I had to hang it a little higher than the window. The blind is a little short for this window because there isn't enough extra length to allow for such an adjustment. I'll put up with it, but be cautious. Because the slats are wide, they should be easy to clean, and the blind should operate smoothly. This is a good blind for the money.

The string has snapped
3/5

Blind is ineffective. I need to get in touch with the seller to request a refund of my money as well as the money I spent on installation. I try to use the blinds after they've been installed, only to discover the string has broken! br>As a result, it's just thrown in there without being able to use it properly. Now what? It didn't work after all the trouble I put into it! I'm so angry and disappointed.

Choose a corded blind over a roller blind; roller blinds are terrible
3/5

This new "improved" cordless style does not appeal to me. When you twirl the wand to open them, the top slat gets stuck.
