I still find the design attractive, though, and I have the same 24-" rod. Basically, I have a 48" rod and it is fine on a smaller window, so I figured I just needed it to be a bit larger. The 48-inch TV seemed to be out of stock in the store I went to buy it This is the 84" variety and it arrived bent in this way My offer to send an item back for replacement was denied by Amazon. They made the item unavailable and cancelled my replacement. It's sad that if they just packaged it a bit better (wasn't there one air bag on the vehicle? Are you serious? If it hadn't gotten bent), it probably wouldn't have. There is just a rather bulky box that isn't sturdy enough to support the curtain rod on its own. In this case, it would have been good to have a "fragile" sticker on the package.

We do not even have heavy curtains over them and they never bowed within a few days. Prices are not bad, and if you need to use them only for sheer curtains for a small window, you're good to go. If you need something heavier, find something sturdier.
