The curtains don't need to be mounted to a rod. Not if you are using them with a curtain rod. In addition, the rod would not be able to stay in place securely because the cradle part is not circular enough. The loop brackets would be a good place to start.
A point that is the end of a straight line.
The ones listed here are pretty strong for someone like me who isn't an expert. There is high quality in them. In addition, they should be able to support quite a bit Screws of the anchor or toggle type may be used. A very long screw and very long screws as well. I just want to share my thoughts.

There were eighty-four-inch vertical blinds with an outside mounted track that needed a rod attached to them. I found these to be the perfect way to extend the blinds out past the window.
Having ordered and installed these brackets, I now have them in place. appear to be well made and have a decent appearance. Due to the following reasons, I can only give this product three stars. 2) I don't like the anchors that go into the wall. The collars bend and twist, and removing them to use different anchors is difficult. 1) the price for these is high 2) they are too expensive and since they are expensive, it makes you wonder why you cannot purchase them separately. There is one oddball one that I will keep somewhere in a drawer. I needed five. Similarly, the brackets did seem to be solidly constructed, but the other factors made me think I would go somewhere else should the need arise in the future.
I have a tension rod that is 10 feet long, but it measures 1 inch in diameter. This is a 25" round. Having measured the product, I found it to be Upon receiving them, they stated they would fit adults up to 170 pounds. Rods for curtains are 25 inches long. I couldn't fit my rod because it was way too wide. It was helpful to use tools to pull it and open it up more, so now it fits and functions perfectly, but it is a shame the measurement was so wrong. So I extended the process of returning the item since I didn't want to be bothered with the process.
It was exactly what we needed to install drapes as the blinds we hung at the window project outward with some bulk when pulled up, so drapes would have bumped out if these brackets had not been installed to make the drapes hang away from the blinds.
My first con will be to list them. Despite the hardware provided, this is not an easy to install product. The drywall anchors are totally useless. As soon as you try to screw them in, they fall through the walls. Lucky for me, I had my own that handled the job so well. Now I'll discuss the pros, the slide outs are really nice. I like that you can choose whether you want the curtains close to the wall or more open and outward. These look great and have wide enough screw holes for my wide curtain rods. I liked the two screw holes that added extra support. I gave this product 3 stars due to the faulty drywall anchors. Overall, the kit is fine, but it gets 3 stars due to the faulty anchors.
Bracket for rods with a diameter of 2 " or greater. The set screws do not work as well if the hole is smaller. Thought it was easy to install.
As we didn't need both of them because they are of different sizes, it was a relief to not need their combined weight. I will not be returning them and will not reorder them because we are ready to put up our curtains again and the additional support is needed It is recommended that you buy the same pair if you purchase them in a set of 2. It's possible that if we purchase a smaller rod down the road, we can use the other rod.
Everything seems to be going well so far. The fence is easy to erect and appears to be I've had the photos up for about a month now. If there was an option to buy a third hook instead of another two, that would be awesome. The rod is holding up and working well for a long rod, but I'd prefer three hooks in the middle for added support. My rod looks great with the bronze and I'm very happy with the purchase.
