It is very affordable and of great I ordered them in brown or bronze color

As long as you also have a second slim rod with finials or end caps, this solution is far cheaper than buying a new double rod. The only possible con I see is it blocks more of the natural light. It appears that I may be pushing the weight capacity of these new double brackets when I add a pair of heavy solid curtains in winter, along with the four sheer panels I have up. Unlike the single rod brackets that I bought from a local home improvement store, these double rod brackets seem to not be quite as solid. Although the double brackets do have a little flex, compared to my more expensive brackets and rod system from an expensive brand, they are holding my 4 semi sheers with ease so I won't take away my stars for adding 2 solid panels I have not yet built. It seems like the double rod will be able to handle the extra weight. Overall, I am very satisfied with the ease of installation, the sturdiness and the appearance of the brackets. I also ordered an Amazon basic double curtain rod set in brown with Amazon glass finials, and those have worked exceptionally well with 4 panels hung between the two I am in love with.
This bracket was easy to install on my own. Even though I've never hung drapes before, I found that I could use the brackets themselves to help me My method for installing the bracket was to mount it as it would sit on the wall and then raise it up until it touches Rock it back into place from the ceiling, and mark the location where your screw needs to be in. You need to remove the bracket for a moment and insert the screw most of the way into it. A bracket hole will be inserted over the screw and slide down between it For a tight fit, you could take the screw a smidge higher if it's in too deeply. For my drapes, I used a bracket that was measured from the ceiling for every rod and matched up the distances for even and balanced drapery rods. This bracket set is great because it allows me to hang curtains on one rod and sheers on the other rod.
With anchors included, it is easy to install. It seems to be a sturdy and good-quality item. This product is intended as a replacement for a set of brackets from a curtain rod, which were of low quality (and did not come with enough brackets to extend the rod far enough). I was very happy with my OVOV double curtain rod brackets as they fit perfectly with the rod and were precisely matched in color. Compared to other designs, these screws were easy to install since the upper screws have a keyhole style mount, so the screw was not as difficult to tighten. A highly recommended item.
Overall a very good product.
Where the sheets would be, I put a set of curtains. In addition to the curtains in the front, I have another set in the rear. Having a dark room is very important to me. Both sets of glasses were held in place by the support without difficulty. Despite my concerns about the product, I am very pleased with it.
My screws had weakened, but my brackets are sturdy and are just what I was looking for. We made it work since I always have extra screws, but they work exactly as they should.
If they were to carry any additional weight, they would bend.
It was used to replace defective brackets, and the results were very good.
My curtain rod came with an original one which was much worse. This is a pretty sturdy book.
