These are such wonderful finds, and I am so glad to have found them. No matter what I did, these corners kept turning up and I was tripping hazards on my carpets. Since there are so many positive reviews on this product, I decided to give it a try, and after trying it I am in love! In the past, I tried something different, and it worked, kind of, but eventually the rug would slip off the pads, so I became quite Since I have been using them for several months, I have had no problems. Laminate floors are not damaged by this product. It is easy to install. The price was great for what you got. You'll have peace of mind knowing that your rug will stay put. This is a fantastic product, and I highly recommend it.
In the last few days, I had bought two runners as well as those rug gripper things for Despite my attempts to weigh them down until they would lie flat, the rugs arrived rolled up, so I had to unroll them, and I had to make them lay flat Slipping things under them didn't help them stay on their feet. In any case, I have had no problems with these, have used them only on the four corners of two runners, and have not had any problems. There was a small adjustment to be made to one of the rugs and it was very straightforward. I didn't even need to spend time on the process, since these are reusable Even though there were still a lot of them, they remained sticky. Where two of the corners used to be, there are no marks on the floor.
I was a little unsure since they are reusable, but I'm glad I tried it. Even if I trash them while moving I love the idea of keeping them for the future It was also on sale, so I took a chance on them. The floor is made of wood). The thought of losing her broke my heart, so I looked everywhere for a replacement This is what we decided upon. It's amazing how much better it is now! There is no movement in the rug, and I have again enjoyed playtime with my 75lb fur babies. Plus, we will not add one more thing to the landfill if/when I This is a win-win situation!.
It's a good thing that I ordered them both at the same time. Keeping the rug and corners secure allows you to vacuum and walk on top of it. Moreover, I ordered a 10' x 11' runner and a 19' x 20' I used the rug grippers and the rugs are now secure. I am very pleased with this.
never imagined I would be writing a review of rug grippers, however they are excellent. Two medium-size rugs hang by my front door and back door one is by the front door and one is by the It's always out of place, and the grippers I had used in the past only worked for a couple of days. It has been a couple weeks since these have been down and the rugs are still in the same place. All that was required for both was a single package. Any rug owner who wants to keep their rugs in place for a long time should consider the above products.
The backs of the rugs I was trying to secure were not flat and the bases were not flat as well. Upon making this discovery, I quickly found out that the rug grippers would not stick. It took me a few minutes to pull them up to reverse the sticky sides, but a thin strip of glue remains on the tile. I'm not sure how I am going to remove this. The rug was very dissapointing and would not recommend it for anything other than a flat backed, non-fuzzy or furry.
The purpose of these strips was to see if they would grip better under a rug than old rubber pieces. It always happens for me that my rugs slide when I am near two doors. I was able to get the job done with these strips. Several months later, the rug is still held in place by these straps. A puppy chewed on one corner a bit after lifting it from the sofa. It was dusty, so it needed to be re-dusted It is still working after I stuck it. It does not appear to leave any residue on either the tile or wood floors.
It adhered well to the underside of the runner, but it didn't adhere well to the carpet nap below it. The floor in our home is smooth, so probably would not grip to it. This type of carpet tape works better because it has two sides.
