I bought them for our kitchen runner, which is always moving and curling at the corners. Thus causing us to trip over it all the time. As indicated in the instructions, I installed the software as instructed and it has worked in the past. I have tried a number of ways to get my runner to stay put, but none have worked. As long as the adhesion holds, I'm hoping it will be successful. Walking in the hallway without having to straighten the rug is one of my favorite things. The results so far have been great, so I'll probably order another one for my front door.

Those patches are great for corner area rugs because they're really sticky but peel off easily if you want to move an area rug (as I did recently when I moved an area rug). There is just the right thickness so that once a rug is in place, you do not notice a difference. These are great! Glad I came across them!.
