Besides looking durable and cute, I appreciate that this growth chart is made from wood. The fact that one day it can be folded up and placed in a box is appealing to me. Unlike one reviewer who cited the cloth hinges between the three sections as a factor in the measurement accuracy, I don't see the cloth "hinges" as a factor. Although the picture is a little dark, use a silver pen or something similar to brighten it up I like how it shows up with the permanent marker! There are so many fun uses for this chart, and it's a great value.
