That is an excellent query. I'm guessing the Nn stands for "Newborn" or "Nest" egg because it's a picture of a baby chick emerging from the egg. I hope this helps.
Unless you use the synonym "nestlings," they look like "chicks," but not an (N) animal.br>I agree that this is a strange picture for N.
We believe it was supposed to be "Nest," which they copied from somewhere else but left out because they didn't realize the "nest" part was crucial.
I'm not sure because I've never seen the smaller one. The roads, on the other hand, are wide, and the buildings are in proportion to the rug. My two boys, who are almost three and four years old, adore it and did when we first received it a year ago. I'm very pleased with it.

It appears to be well-made and bright. I finally figured out what the little birds for the letter "N" stand for. Nightingales are represented by the letter N.
It's tough, has bright colors, and is just the right size for a couple of kids to play on. Although the item is too large to be washed in the machine, spot cleaning is simple. Most play rugs are either cheap and poorly made, or expensive and poorly made, and I received a lot of compliments from parents on the look for the low price I paid. I'm not interested in spending a lot of money on a rug that could be easily destroyed. In my daycare, I only have little boys, and they adore the rug, even when they are misbehaving. It's also a great way to learn the names of different types of structures (i. e. It also encourages independent play (firehouse, bridge, schoolhouse, train tracks, and so on). To create a miniature town, I build castles or play with barns and cars. I've included a photo that shows how long I've been using it.
I only have one question: What is the name of the word that goes with the two ladies next to the letter N? Haha! We haven't been able to figure it out.
It's spacious and bright, making it ideal for therapy. It is not prone to slipping. My only stumbling block is figuring out what the image next to N is supposed to be, as it appears to be a pair of chicks.
This rug is fantastic! The price fits nicely into my budget, and it's a lovely soft play rug for my one-year-old. He's left a few crumbs on it, but they've been easy to wipe away with a damp towel. It's a very light carpet; it reminds me of the ikea carpet, but it's much larger. I bought a carpet pad to put underneath to give it some cushion, and I'm pleased with it overall. br>Also! I have a cheap vacuum cleaner and have had no trouble cleaning up messes with it; in fact, a broom has worked well for me as well.
This rug is one of my favorites. In our childcare setting, it works well. Keep in mind that velcro sticks to itself like glue! I've had to assist the kids several times as they try to "unstick" doll clothing and other items! I believe it contains a significant amount of acrylic, which could be the reason! Why not "N is for nose" or something instead of "N is for Newt"? Who knows what will happen.
We like the large roadways and buildings in the design, and the rug is very nice for the price. It has vibrant colors and a soft texture. It was a hit with the grandchildren. The only criticism we have is that one of the buildings (woven into the rug) is incorrectly labeled. DEPOY is the correct spelling of DEPOT. We all laughed about it, but the company should really have a native English speaker review their pattern before sending it to the factory.
I chose the rug because it was large, colorful, and had positive reviews, as well as police, fire, and school vehicles to visit, as well as winding roads for vehicles to travel on indefinitely. The roads are incredibly wide, which I adore. This baby will fit in almost any vehicle. ranging in size from small to enormous Prior to purchasing, I decided to purchase some wooden railroad tracks and trains (Thomas, etc. ) to construct around (and over, using risers). Warning: This is just a rolled-up piece of paper. place a clear plastic sheet over the rug- Wrap it around your neck with the pattern facing outwards. When it arrived, one of the children was napping and the other was at school. A misspelling was also pointed out by a reviewer: Rather than depoT, depoY is used. When you zoom in on the image, you'll notice it. With a black permanent marker, it's very simple to change. I did it right away after unrolling it, and it looks fantastic; it's still worth buying, and I looked at a lot of rugs before deciding this was the best!.
