Only the rug is included.
There isn't any indication that it's fire-resistant.
I wouldn't do it. It's a well-balanced rug with a rubberized bottom.

This rug is incredibly charming. When my daughters saw it, they were ecstatic and began playing hopscotch on it right away. It's a wonderful addition to the children's room. We recently moved into a new home with a lot of tile, and because we have two toddlers, we wanted to make sure the playroom floor was covered with rugs. Once we added the furniture and an area rug, we had an odd-looking room. a section of tile that needs to be covered in a specific size I was looking for a fun rug, but most of the long, skinny runner rugs I found were either blah or over-the-top. the- Kiddie on top. I was ecstatic to find this amusing find. The base color is neutral, but the "chalk" drawings add a touch of whimsy to the design. PROS: br>br>
1. ) In person, the rug is even cuter, so it far exceeded my aesthetic expectations. It looks fantastic in the playroom, and a few people have already inquired about where I got it.
2. ) It appears that the rug will last. My girls play HARD, so the weave is tight, which is great because it doesn't catch and harbor food and crud like my thicker rugs do. They're always rolling around and dragging chairs, ottomans, rocking horses, doll houses, and whatever else they can get their hands on across the floor. This rug has been thoroughly tested and has never snagged, pilled, or unraveled.
3. ) It's a breeze to clean this thing. The grey color is appealing because, unlike many other colors, it does not show stains. I haven't put that theory to the test, though, because I've never had a problem cleaning up spills. Because the material isn't absorbent, I can wipe up spills without difficulty or scrubbing. This is ideal for my clumsy toddlers. CONS: br>br> br>This isn't a particularly substantial rug. To cushion my children's falls, I'd like a little more cushion. It's clearly preferable to a bare tile floor, but the cushioning is lacking. However, I believe that a rug pad will easily solve this problem, so it is not a major concern.
It's been a few months since we got it, and it's still going strong. Even after vacuuming, it still looks great. It appears to be just the right thickness, and the price was very reasonable!.
I half expected it to curl up at the corners like so many cheap carpets, but it lays perfectly flat. It's very easy to clean, and the kids can play hopscotch on it without having to worry about it sliding around. It has exceeded my expectations. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.
This rug is great value for the money; it hasn't shed or unraveled yet, and it fits in the space perfectly.
I recently designed a new playroom for my grandson, and everything I came up with was absolutely stunning. My daughter's room had been converted into his. However, I had no intention of removing the room's medium mauve, rose-colored carpet. Then I came across this gray rug runner with a hopscotch pattern. br>I just got it today and laid it out, and let me tell you, it's going to make a cute room transformation. The colors are vibrant and lovely, and the rug is just the right size to cover the majority of the original mauve carpet as you enter the room. (Alright, the room entrance is only 6' wide, and I have furniture on the room's left side. ) It appeals to me. It went off without a hitch. On each corner, I used two-sided carpet tape, but it wasn't necessary. I simply didn't want a tripping hazard. br>Seriously, don't think twice about buying this. I'm going to have him play hopscotch on this rug with red and black checker pieces as the "stones. " Even if he is adamant about not getting on it. When he gets home, I'm thinking about playing with it. Did I mention how much I adore it?.
It's attractive and comfortable, but the boxes are small, and you must jump on your tiptoes to avoid touching the boxes' sides. So, while it's cute, it's not practical unless you just ignore the line rule when playing hop scotch. Knowing how small the boxes are, I doubt I would have purchased it.
This is a fantastic addition to the playroom I designed.
Wow. It finally arrived, just as it had been promised. With three days of rain on the horizon, we can't wait to play inside. Our rug, however, arrived with a black smudge near the top right corner of block 1 on the yellow portion and two black dots on block 6, which we were unaware of until we removed the plastic packaging. Receiving something that appears to be filthy is very disappointing. Children will enjoy the squares. If I don't tiptoe on my hopscotch turns, my size 9 woman feet will be exactly on the squares' line.
