I ordered three of these, and each came with a cardboard wrapping that included a description, product information, and other information that I don't recall, but the item itself has a Critter Piller tag and another Under Penalty of Law tag. I hope this has answered your question in some way. I believe the product is of good quality, and my grandchildren enjoyed it.

So far, the cover has only been washed. I took the cover off and washed it on a gentle cycle before air drying it. After that, I sprayed a sanitizer on the pillow.

This was far too big and bulky for him, and it slipped out from beneath his chin. I went with a smaller one that is more stable. However, if you're purchasing for a plane ride or something similar, it should be fine.

This neck pillow is overstuffed to the point of being unusable, as other reviewers have noted. When I went to remove some stuffing with the zipper, I discovered it had arrived broken (no pull), and when I tried to remove the safety tag, it ripped the entire thing open along the seam. I've started the process of returning.
