It's a child's size, but it's been put to good use by my teenagers. It's not as big as a traditional neck pillow.
I bought it for my three-year-old son, and he absolutely adores it. He isn't allowed to use it in his car seat, of course. When I'm at home, that is.

He's been wearing it around the house, including to bed and while laying on the couch. Unfortunately, he left it on the couch, and we were playing in his room tonight, where the dog also had a good time. Toy for dogs that costs a lot of money. So, before our flight in a few weeks, I'm going to order another one. It's incredibly soft and warm, and it's a perfect fit for him. He will soon be five years old.
My two-year-old finds it far too thick. I bought it to keep his head from slouching in the car when he falls asleep. However, when we tried it on for size in his car seat today, I couldn't get it around his neck without bending his neck down, which defeats the purpose completely. I'll keep them for future use, but they're not a good investment for toddlers who are properly buckled in their car seats.
I should have read reviews or double-checked the dimensions, but I bought it for my 21-year-old girlfriend for our road trip, and it was a little smaller than I expected, but that was more of a user error than a product error. It's quite comfortable, and it's SMALL enough to easily transport through an airport or in a car.
Despite the fact that it was a good product, I was looking for something for my 2-year-old son. 5) for a plane ride in his car seat; we tried it out in the car before the trip and he didn't like it. Also, the Mickey head protrudes a little too far, making it difficult for a child to lay their head on that side; however, I believe it would be fine for a slightly older child.
It's still firm but very comfortable after all these years of use.
For an upcoming international trip, I'm giving my daughter-in-law a Christmas gift. It worked perfectly and was adorably adorable. It is something she adores.
These are a good fit for my deep 48 x 75 mattress and have held up well over time. These were purchased two years ago, and they have been washed on a weekly basis. The elastic in the fitted sheet and the material are still in good condition.
