Yes, I believe so. One is used by both my 9-year-old and 5-year-old children. I also steal it from my children on a regular basis. It's a little tight on an adult, but I think it'll be fine for a child up to the age of ten or twelve.
I put it in a sock bag and wash it on the gentle cycle (you could probably do the same with a pillow case). I tumble dried it the first time I washed it, but after that I just laid it out on a towel and let it air dry (the tumble dry did not harm it, but it took a long time to dry, so I just lay it out now). My grandson makes frequent use of his.
You'd most likely find it too small.

I bought this for my mother-in-law for Christmas because she always falls asleep on the couch while watching television, and she sleeps with her head lipped to one side (ouch neck ache!). ) so I got it for her and she liked it, but I hadn't anticipated how well this Christmas present went over! Her younger son put it to use as soon as she opened the package and promptly fell asleep; when he awoke, he remarked on how well he had slept as a result of it. She used it again later that day, and it helped her keep her head in place and comfortable. I should have purchased more as a gift!.
It appears to be a little big for a three-year-old. My daughter's head has been pushed forward far beyond its comfortable position. As a result, this is more appropriate for a 4-person household. I am six years old. My 7-year-old, on the other hand, tried it and declared it too small. It would be nice if it had a snap like the bigger ones because it easily slips off.
Good neck pillow for most children; it is not suitable for adults, but it can be adjusted and a neck strap can be made.
It was cute at first, but it didn't last. Within a few weeks, both of my lions had busted seams and were falling apart.
I liked it at first, but after one trip, the seams started ripping.
It's cute, but I bought it to keep an 8-year-old from falling over in her booster seat. Unfortunately, it didn't help, and she ended up leaning over like she always did. On her side, she'll have to rely on pillows, but it's adorable.
They were very cute, and the kids loved them. They were the perfect size for my 4-year-old. year- old. I also liked that I could tuck it into the top loop of his backpack when he wasn't wearing it, preventing it from being lost in the airport.
I found the Neck pillow to be too bulky for my baby in her car seat and had difficulty wrapping it around her head. It was preferable to lie down.
