I almost didn't order after reading negative reviews about items arriving broken or damaged, but it appears that the seller listened to those complaints because my cross arrived today (2/27/20) wrapped in bubble wrap around the delicate blue cross and then another layer around the package, carefully contained in a small box so there wasn't much movement. The gift itself is a little on the pricey side ($17) for what is essentially a glass ornament, but the presentation is so nice that it makes for an appropriate gift. a lovely christening present Overall, I am extremely satisfied.

Keepsake of good size

This gift arrived the next day after I ordered it on August 25th. One of my concerns was whether or not the cross would be broken. Keepsake of good size. The only problem is that I accidentally selected two-day shipping, so the total came to around $40. 00 br>Apart from that, it looks fantastic. I wish the cross was securely fastened in the box so it didn't move around.

For my Godson's baptism, I ordered this item. The cross arrived in shattered pieces. When I try to return or replace the item, it says it isn't eligible for replacement.

It was good, but there was a sharp piece that needed to be fixed

Purchased for the First Communion of my godson. One of the glass pieces was very pointy and sharp, and it wasn't flush with the others. I smoothed it out and filed it down with a large metal file from my toolbox. That took care of the problem. It was well received by Godson. There were no shipping issues.
