I saw these same flowers advertised as 13" by another seller, so are they 16" or 13"?

These are 16" in length. They're very nice, and I'd like to order more.

I intend to display these outside, where they will be exposed to the elements. Are yours standing up to the elements if you have them outside?

Mine is in the open air. They're quite lovely. They're standing up to the elements just fine. The colors are vibrant, and the metal is in excellent shape. A fantastic way to brighten up your yard!
