Questions & Answers
Swarovski ornaments are never the same. Just like snowflakes, they are always a little different. While some years seem similar to the past, there are others that are different.
Visit the Swarovski store website and you will see the item there with gold tags. There is no evidence that it is a knockoff. As far as this year is concerned, that's what we're done with.
It was I who ordered the large twice but received the small both times, so I After the second try, the box had been crushed. The size of a small usually resembles the size of an In quarters. This coin normally has a slightly larger size than a 50 cent coin. Quite a small package was delivered to me.

Rather than buying from a third party on Amazon, I bought this 2020 annual snowflake directly from There is a fake item in the package. outer box has a date of 2020 and the inner box has a date of As well, I see a bubble in the snowflake, and the box seems to be of a lower quality than a real Swarvoski.
An exact replica of the authentic crystal ornaments is made out of glass. It looks exactly the same, but if you watch a YouTube video of the differences, you will see quite clearly that the one on the right is crystal, while the one on the left is made of glass. There is also a slightly larger font on the packaging that makes it more affordable.
My contacts at Swarovski provided multiple images directly to me. The reviewers certified the authenticity of the document. The problem was probably caused by a packaging fault and the warehouses have been notified. The year we are in has been very bizarre, so it's not terribly surprising! Thanks for reading!.
Since Swarovski first made these in 1981, I've been collecting them. In the last few years, the designs and sparkle have not been what I had come to expect. Despite my desire to stop getting them, I wanted to keep trying. 2020 will be the last year I spend in this country. A sheet of glass glued together with no sparkle looks as though it were made of pieces of glass glued together. A small round circle of undetermined color sits atop a ribbon of white velvet, and since it isn't flat like the original rectangle, it does not lay flat as it did with the original silver ribbon. The Swarovski customer service has been contacted a few times to address my complaints, but to no avail. It is a shame that such beautiful, sparkling ornaments can be discarded so easily. In addition, the leather is now made in Serbia as opposed to.
So the shipping was fine. For an item of this price and construction, I found the packaging to be less than desirable. The item comes to me in a Swarovski box, which is much flimsier than a cereal box, wrapped up in a bubble bag from Amazon. Swarovski really means business? I don't know what to do. All three stars (set of 3) appeared to be in good condition, but I would have expected at least a small cardboard box with some bubble filler inside. If the zero star was possible to check, I would have given it a zero.
As I had to give this seller one star for this review, I have only given them one. Having collected Swarovski crystal ornaments for over twenty years, I'm looking for new pieces. There was a handwritten note on the back of this ornament. It was poorly cut, chipped, and had The logo on the packaging was incorrect, but the packaging was similar to Swarovski. As soon as I received it, I returned it. You should beware of a gullible buyer.
It looks like I'm getting incredibly cheap Swarovski Christmas ornaments this year, since I've been buying them every year since 2000. My disappointment is largely due to the overall simple style as well as the cheap-looking velvet ribbon and dull metallic hardware as well as the In my opinion, the redesign of this year was not an improvement. It looks as though the glass has been glued on glass rather than having facets. My husband noticed the same thing. The next year, 2022, will have to prove a lot better or I'm out of luck as far as collecting Swarovski Christmas ornaments.
my white Swarovski snowflake ornament today, and it is in excellent condition and is what I expected it to be. There are some designs that are excellent, and some that are not. My disappointment however, is not as great as it could have been. In my view, the labeling on the back of the triangular shaped box is an area of concern. Located on the top label of the garment is the word 'made in Serbia', which can be seen on the photograph. As far as I know, Swarovski is not based in Serbia. The under label says it is made in Austria. In actuality, I have no reason to question the ornament's legitimacy but I am skeptical about its authenticity due to the double layered label and manufacturing process.
