Due to the fact that it was directly shipped to the recipient, I was not aware of the item. Even so, I do understand that it is quite small. In the range of 3- 4 It should be no more than 4 inches in either direction. The gift is still quite cute, however. There is a location on the website that indicates the dimensions. The size of this item was stated truthfully by the seller. I'm surprised at how small it is. I bought it as a gift for my parents, but it is pretty. For the price it is being sold for, it isn't worth the money. At most, this should sell for $15 or less. It's especially noteworthy that it's engraved on only one side of the item.

Several years ago, I bought this to be the top of my 25th anniversary cupcakes. My concern was that it would be too little, but I took a chance. The cake was perfect for our little one, and it was just the right size. The best part is that I now keep it on my mantlepiece as a keepsake.
I thought it was cute, but it was TINY. There was a slight expectation that this would be larger. I thought the material was good and the writing was excellent, but it appeared that the book could fit into.
Having this keepsake will be the perfect present for my parents to mark their I love how understated and gorgeous this is. The end result was even better than I had hoped for, and the beautiful piece of art sits.
This was a gift I gave my wife on our 40th wedding anniversary, and I am glad I did. For a fair price, you get a great gift.
My opinion is that it is too small for the price. In my case, it was on a small round cake, although it would probably look better on a cupcake.
