Please see the attached photo of a cardboard hanger with thread wrapped around it. The object broke and fell, as it should. The knot didn't get too tangled when it was on my ceiling hook, so I was able to make a makeshift knot. My disappointment is so overwhelming. There was a 60-dollar charge for this. The plastic hooks on the 5 dollar hangers are not very strong. If this is a premium hanger, it should have a premium hanger for the price. Anyway, I'm writing to the manufacturer to resolve this because I read that this is a mistake or simply needs to be resolved.
