Here is a brief summary of my review (partial) of the largest Having bought these on a whim while looking for a way to display a few small rocks I've collected as souvenirs of places we've been, I purchased them on a whim. Despite their beauty, I was concerned that the membrane might not be able to accommodate them without rupturing from the weight of the rocks. There is no problem at all! In the largest specimen, there was a rock that was about an inch thick at its widest point and pretty rough that I thought might puncture the membrane, but the membrane closed just fine, and it looks as if it is resting there floating in a sea of sediment. The displays have now been seen by several people who have commented on how great they are! These comments also apply to this example. I really like this method for displaying small items, especially when you want to see both sides of an item.

Despite its simplistic appearance, I like it. I have added coins to it several times, but so far they have all fallen There are five coins a 50 cent piece, a quarter, a nickel, a dime, and a penny. There is only one thing that has kept its place at the bottom and it is something with more "meat" The rings are not prone to slipping like a couple of the rings. In addition, I wanted all of my queens and challenge coins from the military. From the bottom to the top. The plastic does not seem to grip itself to the thin plastic. So I don't know if I'm doing it wrong, am I supposed to just insert it in there and close it? Do I need to apply some heat to it or something to make the plastic adhere? Like I said, I like the concept and it is nice to have something that has a bit more muscle.

This is a great way to view butterfly specimens and other insects. My exuvia was used to house a dragonfly nymph (skeletal body left behind as a result of hatching out of its egg). This was an excellent way to keep them safe without crushing them, as the layers are actually A) and not a What kind of creatures do you collect? This is what you need.

Displaying our natural gold nugget collection from these floating displays is one of our most important goals. A gold miner's jar or box may not be as interesting to look at as these, and they don't look as appealing. Another benefit of being able to see both sides of an object is getting to see both sides of the object. It is also likely gem stones and other small treasures would look good in them. It is recommended.

The price is very affordable and the product is pretty neat. These have been used for several different types of I've been on it for 60 days, and they're still looking Keep fingerprints off the inside of the lens since a thorough cleaning could compromise the clarity of the lens.

Just a "plastic membrane" was listed in the listing. Neither descriptor is very clear, but nevertheless the two work together. Though I didn't try to rip it, I haven't tested how sturdy it is as I didn't intentionally pull it apart, but it seems to hold great around the coins and the flexible plastic ensures that it fits well.

It was not possible to place two coins in the holders because they were too heavy. As they slid to the bottom, they wouldn't suspend.
