An eyepiece tripod for telescopes

I received the telescope at the time I had The piece of décor is just a conversation piece, but I knew it would not work like a real model. My small scope was supposed to be a 12 power scope. On receiving this device, I discovered that the lens was just loose in the tube and so it was not working. As far as I can tell, I cannot fix As the end cap on the large tube will not move, it is difficult for me to get a sense of how it works. Those defects didn't occur during shipping, according to my understanding Upon receiving the unit, I found out that it was defective.
