The alarm keeps going off in the middle of the night, and no matter what I do (aside from removing the batteries), I can't get this clock to stay silent. The one-minute and ten-minute timers will begin counting themselves at random, and the alarm will sound. There is no way to change the volume on this clock, and there is no way to make it work. If you don't want your alarm to go off in the middle of the night, stay away from this clock.

We didn't even try the suction cup because the seller went to great lengths to warn customers that it might not work on all surfaces. Instead, we propped the timer on the shelf of our shower caddy by opening the kickstand on the back. The front buttons were supposed to be pop-up, but they weren't. When we pressed the buttons, we thought we'd have to hold on to the timer, but they're actually touch-sensitive. The buttons are extremely sensitive, and you only need to hold your finger in front of them to activate them, which is a fantastic design. The timer has a black ring that fades away as the timer counts down, which is ideal for younger children who aren't yet able to tell time. It's also instructive because you can watch the temperature and humidity rise as you shower. The only thing we were concerned about was the alarm's volume and intrusiveness, but it turns out it's just a gentle chirping, similar to a kitchen timer, loud enough to be heard but not alarming. br>br>If we had to pick a flaw, since we take showers early in the morning or late at night, it would be nice if the timer was backlit in some way, but it's understandable why something designed to get wet wouldn't be able to light up. Aside from that, this is a fantastic, well-written book. made and well-crafted timer that was well-designed.

After telling our 9-year-old to stop taking 20-minute breaks, we bought this clock. Showering for a minute and never getting any results She now uses it, and she describes it as a game because "I always want to finish before the timer goes off. " " We use it for ourselves now and then because it worked so well for her. One week after being used in the shower, the timer function stopped working. Install the shower door so that it is not in direct contact with the water. It was great while it lasted, but now it's gone. Procrastination is a term that is used to describe the act of delaying something I'd been absent for far too long. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> KADAMS refunded my money and sent me a replacement clock. Wow, that's nice, I thought, and I was very happy to have the clock working properly for two days. Unfortunately, the alarm began sounding at random times throughout the day and night (I had to get out of bed several times in the middle of the night to silence it). After that, I took the clock down. KADAMS has made an effort to make me happy, which I appreciate. This clock, on the other hand, has proven to be a source of annoyance. 😟.

I bought this to keep in the shower with my kids so they can keep track of how long their showers are and stop taking 20-30 minute showers because they don't seem to understand time. It immediately helped them, as they are ten and seven years old. I was able to show them how to set the timer once, and they were very quick to pick it up. Their showers have become significantly shorter, and they are now able to complete them on time. This has reduced the amount of time spent lecturing them about taking long showers and wasting water, and they are now on time for breakfast. My youngest finishes all of her laundry first, then sits and enjoys the water while the timer ticks away. My oldest now finishes early every time, and I didn't use the suction cup to mount it in our curved fiberglass shower. This was not a good idea to put in there. Instead, I used 3M mounting strips to secure the piece. It has remained stationary for the past two weeks. We are overjoyed that this has resolved our issue.
