The candle is the only item. The side taper and the side tapers can be found on Amazon I bought them at Walmart & Safeway because they were affordable I paid 75 cents for each one. I am so in love with this personalized candle! We almost paid $200 to have a candle carved for our wedding and it turned out better than expected The way this turned out was much more satisfying and interesting This is something I'm glad I did. During the weekend, I ordered a book and Quite a few days later, I already had the candle in my hand. A bubble wrap cover was placed over the item & shielded it from damage This product is packaged very well and very well protected The boxed product.

My wife ordered a candle with personalized text last month for our wedding. The staff got back to me right away and said we could order it. I emailed to try to confirm we would receive it on time, since there was a short notice. My information and text were sent to them, and I received the candle just a couple days later. But I learned the names on the text were not mine (but someone else's). After I emailed her to let her know the problem, she said they'd get it fixed and send out a new candle immediately. Our wedding was the next day, so the names in the text were correct and we got our invitations in time. A week later, my new wife noticed her name was wrong at the top of the candle. The bottom line is They get an A for customer service, but a C- for the quality of their products In the production process. It took them two attempts to get it right and both times they misspelled names. Now that our wedding has ended, it is pointless to get the dress replaced. There is no doubt that the candle itself is very nice. If you have plenty of time to correct any potential issues, then Make sure you check the candle carefully to make sure it is spelled properly.
I really like this! We ordered this in ivory, so it looks more of a beige color. We wanted to stick with an ivory theme since my dress was ivory, and the guys' shirts were ivory. The writing came out clearly, and the seller shipped it out quickly and delivered the product as promised. The item description did not mention whether this would come with the two side candles, so I expected them not to come. I never got a response about that, but I wouldn't expect that anyway since they weren't listed. I liked the size of the candle and we will be able to keep it in our home now that we had a personalized unity candle at the ceremony. This item clung well to its original form and does not appear to have dripped whatsoever. This is a great product!.
My wedding is in a few days, and I ordered this. In addition to the unity candle, I was given two tapered candles. I asked that they do the verse I requested, and all the spelling was correct. The agency decided to take off the hearts due to a lack of space, but I still think the design is fantastic! There was no damage to the packaging We use bubble wrap and wrapping paper. One thing I would have liked to see was a little more color, but I am still very pleased with the product and the timing of its arrival.
This book is highly recommended! There is nothing more beautiful than this candle. It comes with a little heart sticker as well, which is a nice touch. The company definitely has their customers' interests in mind. A quick shipment was also provided. Although I liked the tapers a little bit more than the candle, it was still fine for me. As a result of the candle's beauty, I gave it one star. There were two mistakes on it the date and names of the wedding. My heart broke when I heard this news. The wedding is on Oct 4th, so I doubt the wedding invitation will arrive before that date. I feel like spending time and money on this is a waste.
