Do you know of any that measure 5 inches tall?

There is about a 3" height difference between these two. am not sure if they have the height you are looking for. To see what Hollowick has to offer, I would contact them directly. Located in New York State, the company was founded in 1996.

Would these be resealable so they could be tossed back in a backpack if they were any size?

There is a cap that could be put back on them, but I would put it in a ziploc bag and try to keep it upright, maybe in a side pocket so that the fluid won't leak out.

In a nutshell, There is nothing I don't like about these liquid candles, and I have also done a demonstration of pulling the wick up before lighting the first time to get it to light, and it was easy, over the next few weeks, I will use them for various projects, and received them today. Getting this product in 2020 is a nice addition, and I'm very happy with it. Thanks for putting this item on the market.
