Hello, these are actually quite small, probably less than 1/4'' in diameter.

I should've photographed the wax drippings. They are lovely candles, but they left just as much wax on my menorah and tray as any other candle. Other issues I encountered included several that were severely bent, others that were stuck together, and others that were so wide at the bottom that I had to shave them to fit in the menorah. The ones on the bottom left have a much fatter base than those on the bottom right, as you can see in my photo.
This is a different brand than the ones I've previously purchased; they appear to be the same size and have a nice design, but they are not dripless, despite the fact that they claim to be. Also, the bottoms aren't all the same. Because some of them are larger on the bottom than others, I have to use a match to melt them into the menorah otherwise I won't be able to get them in or keep them straight. Then I have to clean up after each use of the menorah. I'm not going to choose these again.
They only take a couple of hours to burn and don't make a huge mess. The only issue I had with them was that in order for them to fit in my menorah, I had to cut away at most of the bottoms with a knife. There isn't any consistency in circumference size. If a nightly project isn't a problem for you, go ahead and do it.
It's a complete disaster! I'm not sure I've ever seen candles so strewn about! It's not a draft issue or anything else because we have a second menorah right next to it with different candles. These are simply candles that have been manufactured in a poor manner. I'd purchased a second box to save for the following year. It's going to be RETURNED!.
Candles are lovely. They burned for a long time and made no mess. They are a good buy, despite their price (which is a little on the high side). I didn't realize I was out of candles until the fourth day, when I realized I needed to get some right away. THANK YOU for your prompt delivery, which arrived just in time for my event.
These were used during the Hanukkah season. I put a few drops of candle wax inside the candle holder to ensure they stood up straight, and they were colorful and lasted a long time. That goes a long way toward allowing us to enjoy the bright candles. We adore them.
Dripless was the tagline for these candles. They certainly weren't! They also burned very quickly, as opposed to the shorter ones from the grocery store, which take nearly an hour to burn. I will not purchase them again. br>br>.
They did, however, melt into puddles all over the place and were difficult to clean. Next year, I'll have to look for dripless candles a little more diligently.
