These candles arrived in perfect condition and are absolutely stunning! There were, however, a few flaws: for starters, every candle's wick was completely encased in wax. That is, before each candle could light, I had to scrape the wax off the wick. ALL 44 CANDLES ARE INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE. Second, the wax on these candles dripped. Even though they weren't the drippiest candles I've ever used, they still left large drips and small piles (yes, PILES) of wax around my menorah. When my menorah is lit, I keep it in a draft-free area, so that isn't an issue. Finally, these candles were made in China, albeit in a minor way. I don't recall whether or not that was mentioned in the listing. Overall, I'm not sure I'll buy these candles again.
COLOR: They're not quite as vibrant as their Amazon image, but they're still lovely- In reality, the yellow-orange-red-orange-orange-orange-orange-orange At the top, the orange color is less distinct. I had to remind myself that because these are "hand decorated" (whatever that means), there will be some color variation.
SIZE: Some slid easily into my menorah/hanukkiah, while others required a little splodge/glob of the stick. To keep them upright, they need stuff.
The majority of the candles were lovely and burned perfectly, but the package was missing four candles, and two of them were only one color (orange) and significantly shorter than the rest; I guess I could overlook the two short candles. You can imagine my disappointment when I discovered I didn't have enough candles for my Hanukkiah on the last night of Hanukkah.
Hanukkah candles that are beautiful. The drip was slow and lasted a little over an hour. To ensure I have enough for next year, I'll be ordering another box well in advance.
These candles were lovely and didn't drip much, but they were a pain to install because they didn't fit my menorah very well, making installation difficult and causing them to fall over - even with the lights turned on! That's something I've never experienced with other candles.
"Made in China for the Dreidel Company," according to the sticker. Although the candles are lovely, each one had to be trimmed to fit into the holder. I'm not going to buy anything else until I can confirm the origin.
These were purchased last year, and I intend to purchase them again this year. They lasted an hour and dripped very little. br>br>As well as the colors, they're very nice.
There was no consistency in the sizes; Some were underweight, while others were overweight. They dripped, to be sure. These are without a doubt the worst candles I've ever used in my menorah. To clean all of the wax, I'll have to wait until next Hanukkah. It was a huge letdown.
