These votive holders are beautiful, but the inconsistent packaging makes them breakable, frustrating, and a waste of time

I ordered two sets of 24 and both sets proved to be defective. Each candle holder comes with ten blue votive candles. Their aesthetic appeal is great. Among the sets, one of them had dividers in between each holder and styrofoam on the top, and it was packaged very nicely. I was shocked at the poor packaging of the second set! I opened the three first candle holders and found two to be Does anyone know why delicate candle holders would be packed so delicately? It's back to work for them! The experience was extremely frustrating.
