Yes, it is.
Yes, it's for the store's showroom purposes. You can hardwire it by cutting the plug. Can you tell me the color of a customer's chain and top mounting hardware?

A quick design tip for determining proportion in a hanging light fixture is as follows: To calculate the scale of a light fixture in inches, multiply the length and width of the room together. For ex. 8 ft x 6 ft = 8 6=14 ft x 6 ft = 8 6=14 ft x 6 ft = 8 6=14 f As an example, a 14" wide ( or -) For my space, a one-inch) light fixture appeared to be the best option. My hanging chandelier is 14" wide by 21" tall (I have 12 ft ceilings) and it looks lovely in my dark brown half bath. I hope this information is useful.

It's absolutely stunning, but it's a plug-in. The description makes no mention of this.
I assumed it was a plug-in, and we planned to remove the plug and hardwire it, but it arrived perfectly packed. This piece would sell for a lot of money in an interior design boutique if the pictures did not do it justice! It was simple to put together (just like a regular light fixture) and arrived in excellent condition. 1 40 watt small base bulb is required. Yes, it won't light up the entire room, but I have recessed lights in my dining room and this creates the perfect atmosphere! I am extremely pleased with my purchase.
It only takes one chandelier bulb to provide insufficient lighting for a room. Two of them were purchased. Two stars were deducted because neither of them came with instructions, which are crucial with this light. The task of shortening the chain is extremely difficult. We had to cut the link to the desired length while leaving a gap in the link so that we could hook it to the top ring. It couldn't be done any other way. Except for me, no one else notices it. (I'm not sure if there's an easier way to do this because it didn't come with any freaking *instructions*. ) )br>br>I didn't deduct a star for the other issue because it's my fault for not reading the description closely enough, but I'm bringing it up because it'll annoy someone else as well. br>br>Only ONE CHANDELIER bulb can be used. This is a substantial piece that will be displayed in living rooms and dining rooms. It does not provide sufficient illumination for either. One 40W bulb is required, according to the description. I wasn't thinking of a teeny-tiny chandelier light bulb - So that's the issue I'm having. br>br>However, for $250, I would expect the product to do its job. To provide illumination in a space br>br>I really like how they look. They don't appear to be cheap, in my opinion. They are, however, rustic in appearance. The presentation of the product was excellent. br>br>Given how poorly they perform, they're way overpriced. If they had worked well, I would have overlooked the installation difficulty. br>br>As a result, I have a minor regret about this purchase. I'm even more disappointed in myself for spending so much money on them. But they're certainly attractive. br>br> *sigh*.
It's incredibly lovely. Because the bulb is clearly visible, it is less elegant in my opinion, but it is ideal for my outdoor setting. I had it hardwired in by my electrician. I used an LED bulb, and it turned out beautifully.
I bought it and hung it up only to remove it and donate it because it appeared to be cheap. Rather than the lovely wooden beads, the metal stands out. Either the beads are too small, or there aren't enough of them, or there aren't enough strings. In addition, it does not emit a great deal of light.
Installing was impossible due to a lack of screws. Purchased in September, window closed until October, opened box now to hang because I had moved and this was a low priority to install. I'm irritated to the point of being enraged. The frame is crooked and bent. What a waste of time. Be aware that it has a TINY nightlight-style lightbulb that is not bright.
Aside from that, it's a lovely lamp. This is a lovely coastal lamp with a rustic feel to it. It had a plug in the description, but it was a hard wire, so I had to return it. It could have been because the one I bought was used, but I assumed it was just because it had a few scratches, which I didn't mind because it's rustic/distressed in the first place.
It's a dream come true to have this chandelier! It appears to be very expensive and beautiful, but it still gives the room a warm and inviting atmosphere.
