This is light and airy, with an off-white color scheme. I distressed it slightly with a sponge dipped in gray paint, then added silk flowers, pearls, and crystals to finish it off. I'm very happy with the result.
The proportions would be fine in a small room. It is powered by candles rather than electricity.

I was a little concerned after reading that it had arrived in poor condition and had been poorly packaged. My package jiggled a lot, which made me nervous, but when I opened it, it was exactly what we needed! Some of the small "crystals" have minor smudges (due to poor packaging), but they're made of hard plastic and look fine once hung. I got the recommended 4. I found that the candles didn't stand perfectly straight, as other reviewers had mentioned, but I fixed that by using 1/2 a square of toilet paper for each candle (who can't spare 2 squares?). To fill the gap, I tucked beneath the candle and along the side. Voila! The candles are now standing straight. This little treasure can be found hanging in our front bay window, which is a favorite play area for my daughters. Underneath, I'll have a children's table and chairs, which will be ideal for a tea party or doing grade school homework. And if you don't want to spend a fortune on something to hang in your bathroom, walk-in closet, or bedroom, look no further. This is, in my opinion, the best you can do.
This item was well-made, arrived in excellent condition, and arrived quickly. I made some changes after being inspired by some of the other reviewers. I wanted a gold color, so I took out all the crystals (easy with the key ring style) and sprayed gold spray paint all over the frame and chain. Then I did it again. In addition to the original crystals, I purchased additional crystals (16 feet garland strand clear acrylic 14mm size) and LED remote controlled candle lights (4" ivory) in response to some of the other reviews. The only minor issue I have is that the top hook was a little flimsy before the additions, but it appears to be holding up well. This was a great project to work on, and it looks great in the bathroom.
Something feminine, but not too pricey, and capable of withstanding some exposure to the elements. This is effective! I bought remote control battery candles for it, and they're perfect! I wrapped the ends in tissue to make sure they fit snugly. I also ordered the acrylic crystal bead strands to add a little something extra. It was a breeze to work with the strands. Each bead is connected to the next by a ring, similar to a keychain, making it simple to add more strands wherever you want. It's so adorable!.
This chandelier was purchased for use in a round tent next to my pool. Due to the bouncing around during shipping, a piece of my chandelier was broken when it arrived. I emailed the company and received a replacement within a few days, despite the fact that I did not receive a response. It was a pleasant surprise for me. I did add a couple more crystal pieces to give it a little more bling, but the chandelier was fantastic on its own. It's just that I'm a bit of an outcast! I'm pleased with my purchase, and I'm grateful that the seller sent a replacement despite the lack of communication. Since installing the tent and chandelier in my pool area, I've hosted several parties and given several friends the information they need to purchase the same chandelier.
Two of the "jewels" had come loose, but they were easily replaced. This will be used in my wedding decor. I'm going to hang it in the middle of an arch. When I walk into my small dining room, I'm always taken aback by the opulence of the table. It's strung from the obnoxious brass fixture that came with the house like a holiday decoration. br>br>The finish is a soft white that isn't antiqued. It might get some provencal highlights spraypainted on it, or it might get a light chain beating in the garage. Of course, I'll remove the crystals for the time being before doing either. br>br>I'm not sure how two of the pendents got loose, but I had a lot of fun figuring out where they went among all the others. One of the tree's branches had also become crooked. I'm afraid of fracturing it if I straighten it. To make up for it, I tilted the candle, which I now think adds to its charm. br>br>As a result, I'd like to recommend a set of four tall Ry- The look is completed very well and at a reasonable price with king flameless tapers, or the shorter but more numerous TBW candles advertised on this page. This chandelier and a torchiere floor lamp, in my opinion, create a far more pleasing dining atmosphere than the bright brass monster up top.
I bought this to give one of my glamping tents a touch of class. I had it on my wish list since December and had been waiting for the camping season to start. I oohed and aahed as I opened the box; it was just as beautiful as the pictures. I took it out of the box after that. The box was undamaged, so where did the bent arms come from? Before purchasing, I read other reviews about this issue and hoped that my chandelier would be as good as others who received it in perfect condition. Because the box was undamaged during shipment, I can't think of any other explanation than that it arrived at the manufacturer in the condition it was in. Maybe they should put it in a slightly larger box so they don't have to squish the cardboard to tape it up?.
I didn't need a small glistening chandelier, after all. No, not at all. My little girl, on the other hand, adores it! It's small and clearly not "high-end" lighting, but it arrived in good condition and was simple to install. I had to tinker with a few wires to even things out, but that wasn't a problem. I filled it with battery-operated candles that I could control from afar. I'm not a big fan of turning them on. What can I say, just looking at it makes me happy. It was a lovely little treat for me, and in such a harsh world, it's nice to have a break now and then. Not to mention fattening!.
