As far as the listing you provided with your question goes, it seems to be a pack of 30 countings. The bags my wife bought were a 4 pack of 30 bags for $28, she got a total of 120 bags.
For $15, I don't see the point in getting 30 bags.

It is a little bit difficult to get these tight bags on, but I gave them 4 stars because they are recommended to go with their Simplehuman trash can (see picture). I like that they are customized so that you cannot see the edges when the can is closed, although they are a little uncomfortable. Several reviews noted this, so the manufacturer should change their design to make the top of the device a quarter inch wider. There is no other way to do it. Rather than remove them whenever they smell or look dirty, I plan to keep them in the cans all the time (there's one for each bathroom, so 4 total) and only remove them if they become The can can go in my big kitchen trash can. I will just take it and toss it in. As a protective liner, these are more likely to be used. This way I will not have to replace these tight bags as often, and also less bags will go to our landfill.

Several months ago I purchased some small bathroom trash cans in a knockoff SimpleHuman style at Sam's Club. At a local grocery store, I bought some cheap grocery bags that looked like they were close to being the right size.
