Is this mophead compatible with model 446268?

This Mr. Clean magic eraser extra power mop refill is true. The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Mop - 446269 item is for the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser Mop - 446268 is an item. However, because it is not a genuine product, there was a significant difference in performance when compared to the genuine product. ( no price difference but ) less than 2010% of genuine product without exaggeration

I'm curious about the distance between the screws that hold this to the mop. On my Mr. Clean butterfly mop, there are six screw holes. Approximately 5 inches apart. ?

This isn't going to work with a butterfly mop! That was something I had to learn the hard way. With this mop head, the screws are hidden beneath a plastic holder, allowing you to choose between two separation distances. You have about 7 options in one direction. 5" in one direction, and approximately 6" in the other. When I tried to get the screws to fit the butterfly mop (by putting one in one way and the other in the other to get around number 6) It was extremely difficult (5 inches), and the mop head protruded more on one side than the other. It didn't stay on for more than a few minutes in the end. However, this mop head fits my standard sponge mop!

Is it compatible with the butterfly mop?

I'm not sure what a butterfly mop is, but it has butterfly nuts on it to keep it in place.

Is it possible to use it solely with water? as if it were a magic erasing tool? Is it possible to clean a floor in this manner?

Yes! I actually use a regular sponge mop for the soap part and an eraser mop for anything the regular mop leaves behind. I live in an apartment with cream/white colored floors, and it looks brand new.

My blue handle does not fit the ones I ordered because they have a red screw. I'm unable to use the mop as a result of this. The screws and cap are too big for my blue-trimmed handle.

This is a great product for occasional scrubs, but it requires a lot of scrubbing and constant rinsing

It hurts my back, but it's worth it every now and then when regular mopping fails to clean the grout. The refills were not available at the store where I purchased the original mop. I'm glad I came across these refills.

My floors, walls, and shower are all sparkling clean after using the Magic Eraser mop. I use it on everything I can think of. The installation of the refill is the most serious issue. The simplest method for removing the old mop head is to unscrew the blue or red knob to which it is attached. That was something I didn't realize. I noticed that once I removed the mop head, the knob would also come off. So I took it off and replaced it with the new mop head. It's that simple.

I was able to reattach the blue one, but it was barely holding together, and one kept falling off. The screw isn't long enough to go all the way through the hole and secure the attachment. I couldn't return because the return period had passed. I did my best, but this "universal" item will not be purchased again. *eyes roll*.

It's truly amazing! My house is old, and the kitchen floor is worn linoleum

The shine has been worn away in high-traffic areas, allowing dirt to accumulate more easily and preventing regular cleaning products from removing the dull. Even though they have outlived their usefulness, magic erasers work quickly and brighten the floors. Yes, there will be a resurfacing soon.

It works well on the ground in dirt, but it is difficult to use

This mop works well for removing ground-in dirt, but it's a pain to use on my non-skid vinyl flooring. It's less effective than using individual Magic Eraser sponges, but it's more durable and can be used while standing. The mop has left me extremely disappointed. I'll keep it to use in those hard-to-clean spots now and then. Even on my easier vinyl surfaces, I'm not going to use it to mop the entire floor.

These Mr. Clean mop refills are ridiculously expensive. br>They clean well, but they could be a little more durable. I wouldn't buy them, but my dogs' drool is like paste and difficult to remove from the floor; these Mr. Clean mop refills help.
