This is a one-piece handle that attaches to the base with screws.
This broom has been in my possession for about 6 months, and the bristles are still the same. I keep it on the floor, sitting on its bristles, and it doesn't get crooked or out of shape.
It's made up of several pieces that are screwed together.

When this arrived, I was initially put off by the fact that the broom is made up of several pieces that must be screwed together. However, once it's put together, it's a fantastic broom that works like magic! This is without a doubt the best broom I've ever had. br>It cleans up all the crumbs, broken glass, cat fur, dirt, dust, and glitter in my living room/dining room/kitchen for a reasonable price. br>This broom comes highly recommended!.
I loved my O'Cedar broom, but when I needed a new one, I decided to take a chance on this one, which was Amazon's recommendation. This broom is fine, but I'm not happy with it because the base isn't wide enough. To completely cover the kitchen floor, you'll need to do more sweeps. br>The fact that the handle unscrews and the device transforms into a miniature I've never unscrewed the handle to test the broom feature because I rarely use a hand broom like that. br>The bristles are also inferior to those of the O'Cedar. The bristles are a little too bouncy and not thick enough to hold debris as you brush forward. br>It's always fun to try a new brand, but buying this one only made me appreciate my O'Cedar even more. Oh well.
Fear not, our amazing kitten jumped on the counter, quickly glanced at the instruction manual, and assembled the new broom and swept up all of the fluff balls in the house faster than you can say cat. He even took the time to pose for a few photos. br>br>On a more serious note, the broom and dustpan are both lightweight and simple to operate. They are very easy to store and are an excellent investment.
I gave my old broom to the shed and replaced it with this one. This one appeals to me because it is much lighter than my previous wooden one. The bristles are finer, and they do an excellent job of catching dirt in the grout between the tiles. The dustpan is a good size and attaches to the handle easily.
This is an excellent indoor broom; it works well on my engineered hardwood floors and would also work well on other hard surfaces. It has a strong broom handle and a good density. The dust pan is simple, but it has a good straight, firm rubber end for catching floor debris. Overall, this was a good purchase.
It's a waste of time. Overpriced to the point of absurdity.
My wife didn't like the $10 broom/pan I bought at the grocery store, so I bought this. When I looked this one up on Amazon, I discovered it was the most popular. I was skeptical that the new set's quality would be significantly higher than the previous one for only a few dollars more. But, to my delight, I was surprised. Broom with a lot of weight to it. The bristles on the end of the broom are excellent for picking up items from the floor - They've even snatched up my rug. It's intriguing. In addition, the pan is sturdy. I am completely satisfied. I believe this is a high-quality product that will last for a long time.
I did not receive what I had requested! The simple dustpan that attaches to the broom handle was something I wanted (and ordered). I chose the dustpan that was larger. While it is "fancy," it will not fit next to my refrigerator, which was the whole point of ordering it! I'm getting a little fed up. br>br>It's odd that the broom comes in several pieces and needs to be screwed together, but it's a decent broom overall.
