Yes. That is why I purchased this small broom. It took the place of our corn whisk brooms, which were constantly losing bristles all over the car when we used them.
The white holder measures 5 3/4" in diameter, while the brushes themselves measure approximately 6 3/4" in diameter.
On the broom, it says "Made in the USA."
There is no dustpan included. Only a broom is required.

The broom is very nice. The bristles are stiff enough to sweep out the trash but gentle in the carpet, so I bought this to keep in the car to clean out grass and pebbles, and so on.
This broom has been in my possession for over a year and still appears to be in excellent condition. I wasn't sure about the fringe at the end of the whisks, but they do a great job of picking up even fine dust, and the shape of the handle is very comfortable to use because I have arthritis in my hands. I've put this broom through its paces this year and wanted to thank this company for producing such a great product; I paid a little more for it and wasn't sure if it was a good investment, but it has more than paid for itself. I bought a fixer upper and have used this broom on some bad dirt on some very rough surfaces, and all I have to do is shake it off, run it under water, or rinse it in a bucket of water, and it looks almost new again. It's unusual, but I don't believe any of the small whisks have fallen out. It turned out to be an excellent investment.
This whisk broom is very nice. It's small enough to fit in the door's side pocket but big enough to do the job.
This tiny broom is one of my favorites. It was purchased in order to sweep the litter boxes. Extremely durable I'm going to order another for regular use in the house because it's such a high-quality product. I'm not sure I'll ever need to replace these because they're so well made.
I bought it to clean the grass off my lawnmower after I mowed the lawn, but I first used it on my cat. Because she enjoys it, I'm assuming it now belongs to the cat.
The quality is excellent, and the design is well-thought-out. I've never seen a better one for getting into tight spots. The bristles have a good amount of flex and bounce back quickly. There are a lot of bristles on this brush- There aren't just a few sluggish rows here. On flat surfaces, it works just as well. Many of the small dusty particles are caught by the "frizzled" edges. I use it to sweep spilled litter out of our garage's "kitty privvy," which is a built-in 3'x3'x3' wooden box with access to the inside of the house. For everyone's sake, keep it tidy and clean! I'd buy it again, but I doubt I'll need to because of the high quality.
The broom is made to last, but it was too chunky for car detailing, so I returned it. It was better to use a traditional straw brush. I was able to return.
Small areas and small debris (such as cat litter on the floor) are ideal for this. On both hard and soft surfaces, this product performs admirably.
