When I first moved in, I had a ring that I could not get rid of (it seems some of the internal components have been replaced and the water level is lower now). In the last couple of weeks, I have started getting rings within a week of cleaning my kitchen One time I used it and my toilet seemed to be almost sparkling after a quick brush scrub and letting it sit for about an hour. It would have been great if I had discovered it before using harsher chemicals which ate into the chrome trim on My experience with this cleaner is that it is less harsh than IronOut

It does have a strong smell, but compared to other cleaners, I do not think it is any stronger smelling, but I am not sure as I have not This product is less "fumey" than the IronOut, and it doesn't wear away chrome like the IronOut. I use it right out of the bottle, so yes, it smells strong in my shower, but I'm not blending it. It is no secret to those with iron problems that iron is a problem. Thus, if you choose to do this, neither Lysol, the seller, nor I are responsible for the consequences. As well as Lysol Toilet Bowl Cleaner with Lime and Rust Remover, I use it in my toilets.
