In order to reduce plastic usage in the house, I bought this product. Wrapping the dish inside plastic (paper would have been better) was not effective. The product was technically packaged in a cardboard box (good), but it was packaged in a plastic envelope when shipped. You should not do that. If that could be changed, I would appreciate it.
After I wash the scrubber during the day, I hang it to dry at night. It is less soap than those terrible plastic wands that leak all over the sink when I use them. This particular scrubber does not have bristles made of plastic. If you would like to pick a different scrubber than this one, read this carefully. The ones I chose were among many I looked at, and I'm glad I chose them! The cloths I use are not just for pans, I use them to clean all my dishes. Despite their small size, they can be worn in glasses as well!.
A strong, long-lasting dish scrubber that lasts longer than plastic bristles. Steel wool is not as strong as wool, but it comes Because my dishes don't drain, I keep them on my dish drying rack to keep them dry. My ring gets tossed in the dish while I am doing the dishes though - it's really cute.
I purchased it when it was on sale. There are 3 scrubbers in this and I love it! They're great to work with and feel great in your hands.
The only thing that would be better would be if they had a section with short bristles to more smoothly scrub stuck-on The end result is still a 5 star review for me. It's great to be here!.
This dish scrub is awesome! I was a little worried since I read reviews about handles cracking or brush fibers smelling weird, but I have used it for months without any issues. It really holds up better than any sponge and we haven't finished the first brush yet. The sponges were purchased with the direct purpose of reducing our waste and getting rid of bacteria-filled sponges. Those goals have been met, and they have exceeded expectations. However, I find that brush scrubs do not perform quite as well as sponges, but that is the nature of brush scrubs relative to sponges. There is only one reason why I did not give them a five-star review they do not dry out dry ours by the sink, and we have never had a problem.
I LOVE YOU! To lather I barely have to push down on the bristles because they are so strong. The system is easy to maintain after use. When you take care of it, like washing it and squeezing the water out afterwards, it will dry straight and tight, How unique that it comes with a white dish holder as part of the three pack!.
The pros are The quality of this product is very high. The bristles on this brush are extremely strong, resistant to soaking up water or stuck-on dirt. Easily rinsed off, they are completely safe for consumption. The wood seems solid and the color is beautiful, and it has not broken down or developed mildew after two months of use (and I still have two spare brushes in my cupboard for back-up). I found the dish to be the perfect size and color, and I have not had any trouble keeping it clean, since the bristles don't absorb much liquid. Before I put it back in the bowl, I rinse the brush once and shake it up one more time. In the past, I have never encountered scum or mildew in the bowl or on the bristles of the brush. There is nothing delicate about the dish, but it's not at all heavy or thick either. The cons are (These are cons only with this particular style, not the quality of the item itself). Due to the short handle, it is hard to get your hand into a narrow opening, like a glass or any other object. The hardest part of a really strong scrub for a burn is also getting leverage for the burn There is a lot of mess because most hands are bigger than the knob end of the brush, so you are only able to comfortably wrap 2 fingers and your thumb around the narrowed grip area. If you nestle the bulb in your palm while gripping the tops of the bristles, all you would need to do is fit more in your hand. There is still a lot of room, but it isn't smaller than the same style you see in stores, and those cost more. In this case, order without hesitation if that is the style you are used to! The product is holding up well and I am very pleased. I definitely recommend it.
