Questions & Answers

What is the approximate life expectancy of this product? How long before it has to be replaced for functional or cleanliness ?

Earlier today, I was searching online for a replacement for the old one that I had purchased The middle rows of bristles started to fall off about two months before the dog's second birthday. It's typically used to scrub out pans when we do our regular dishwashing each evening. There are still bristles on it, so I'm going to throw it into my car washing bucket and try to get it out one last time. I've had a great brush with this.

Is this safe to use on stainless steel pots and pans without worrying that the surface will be damaged?

It works great on the brush side, too. I have Circulon pans and they work really well. There is a scraper on the top of the backside of the top section of the brush. In my opinion, it should only be used if I am truly in need. It has never happened to me to damage my pans. As soon as I wear out this one, I will definitely get another brush like this!

What kind of bristles do the bristles have?

It's a good medium to use them. There isn't a lot of stiffness, but there isn't a lot of softness I couldn't ask for more.

Which bristle length do the bristles have?

A pair of bristles measures about 2 inches The third one. In terms of size, the unit measures approximately 8-by-3-inches I'm 9" tall

The Oxo brushes are all I'll be buying from now on
3/5

Oxo brushes were always my favorite since they were extremely durable. Unfortunately, they don't hold up as well as they once did. There is no possibility of it being Is it possible that I've somehow brushed my pots with the strength of a tiger after 40 years? As a result, I think Oxo's Chinese manufacturers use low-quality It is possible that Oxo requested this cost-saving measure. You can see the side-by-side comparison below The side by side picture compares my last Oxo brush after just two weeks of light use with a brush I picked up at targette (I can't remember its name, but you know who it belongs to). Compared to $4, it costs 99 cents. The year 1999). It is made by Casabella and is blue/green. Also, it cleans better, is more flexible, and does not leave behind residue. This is a superior product that I have never heard of before. Using Amazon, I found they sold Casabella brushes but not this Let me tell you, I love What do you think? (I need a life, don't you think? I love it! There is no reason to spend $5 on a brush that isn't durable enough to last.

LASTS ONLY FOR SMALL AMOUNTS OF TIME Despite its attractive design, the design is not durable enough to endure normal wear and tear
3/5

A dish brush I bought on the 10th of September 2018 cost me $12. 94. I just realized that the bristles on the brush are starting to flatten. I will have to replace them soon. A day in my life consists of cooking and cleaning. Unlike the previous one, this one failed to However, Boston Warehouse appears to have gone out of business since the brush that was definitely the most durable was the Boston Warehouse Happy Kitchen Brush. I find it laughable that there has been a 6-year life cited. I would recommend that you buy 100 of them or look for.

It has a nice handle and is a nice brush
4/5

The quality of this video is not the best, but it's OK. The scrub brush is very basic. The one you'd buy at the store would have a cheap plastic handle, which was substandard. Although the bristles themselves might not seem like it, they aren't particularly Be careful not to use it on anything too hot or too sharp or The obvious seems like a no-brainer, but most people don't realize it and wash their hands Because of this, I have them on subscribe-and-save, so I don't have to worry about throwing away the brush every few months when the bristles melt or wear down or when Get rid of those disgusting brushes and sponges and use these instead! The pros include Please note
The subscription service is affordable and provides a saving option - Handle is nice and grips well when it is wet
Cons Please note
Over time, the bristles may melt, bend, and fall out because they're not of high quality.

A little too short for what I had hoped for
3/5

OXO products are among my favorite things in the house, and I have quite a few of them. Although my expectations were high, this item fell short of them. My cast iron pans are brushed with it under hot water occasionally to remove burnt on food if I am not careful. I've owned it for a few, but rarely use it.

My problem is that the bristles are coming off and every time I use it, I find a few broken bristles In spite of the fact that it was just $5, I had expected it to last quite a bit longer considering how little.

I was very disappointed in the quality, it seems not to last
3/5

In order to replace one I've had for more than five years, I decided to purchase the Oxo dish brush. I had enjoyed that brush for many years, but it had aged to the point where it was no longer useful. I am not even close to the quality of my old brush with the Oxo Only a few weeks after it was first used, the Oxo brush is already worn out In addition to that, the bristles are bent and have readily absorbed food pigments, which results in them becoming It is generally a good experience for me to own Oxo products and I am generally pleased However, this brush is horrible and will end up in the garbage as soon as I get a new one.

We have a wide range of size and shape options
5/5

I wrote a review of this brush because it fits in OXO's Drip Catching Brush Stand. It is just a normal dish brush, so why would I write In any case, I bought the OXO dish soap dispensing dish brush with drip catching stand and was disappointed in When filled with dish soap this pump was large, clumsy, and heavy. It also dispensed far too much dish soap, wasting a lot of it. As much as I loved the storage stand, it doesn't work with the brush. I bought this, and it matches the storage stand! What else can I say about this All my mugs and glasses fit in it, as well as mason jars and baby bottles. It can do dishes of any size and shape. Getting rid of all my other brushes of many sizes on top of that cumbersome OXO one and keeping just this one on the counter as the main brush was satisfying to me. In addition to the stand. You did it perfectly. I'm so happy! Please note Despite its supposed inclusion with a stand, it does not come with one. I hope you're reading what I've written, Oxo!.

A dub dub needs to be scrubbed
4/5

A common dish brush that can be found at almost every grocery store recently changed its design, so I went out in search of another that includes the handy I like it. There is something. The OXO won out and so far I've been pretty satisfied with it. The pros include I noticed that he has a friggin' food scraper, and it looks like a well-kept one Made of girthy material with a large handle so you'll feel like Conan the Barbarian hefting the sword Pros Axe, cons Is it possible that the bristles are all angled too far forward and a little stiff and long? This could be considered as a trade off to delay the inevitable bristling that will occur It also makes washing cups require extra force and wrist twisting to get the brush both into and around cups' inner surfaces (something we have difficulty with with our tiny hands and tiny wrists). Still, it's doing well, getting the job done, and is miles better than any competitors. As someone who has been trying to find an acceptable dish brush for a while, I have to say this one earns two of my tiny thumbs up.

The bristles wear out very quickly
3/5

Replaced an old brush that had served me well for at least a year with a new one. There was an area where the bristles had gotten pretty flattened on the old toothbrush, so I was ready to replace it with a new one. On August 14, I placed an order for this one. September 5th was the date on which the pictures were taken. After just a few weeks, the center area of the bristles are worn out and mashed down the same way the brush I replaced was. Interestingly, when I ordered this brush I was surprised to find that they offered Subscribe and Save for it with deliveries every couple months ("Why so often/why so Now that I have had one for a few weeks, I don't discover that surprise anymore. Instead of repeatedly paying for this brush, which apparently wears out quickly, you might want to try a different one! I'll be avoiding ordering any more of these, so it goes without saying that I won't be purchasing anymore.
