I was able to make it work, and my bed also has a foot board. The bed skirt is full enough that you can add extra material to the corners and not notice it.
It all depends on how long you want your bed skirt to be.br> If you order a 14" bed skirt but only need a 14", you will receive a 14. 5" is unlikely to be the case. A 15-inch drop bed skirt is probably the best option.

I could keep it for as long as I wanted, and it perfectly matched my "drip cloth" drapes. For warmth and coziness, I wanted to go with a muted color scheme in my bedroom. The fabric was more of a cotton and linen blend, and the quality was excellent. I don't claim to be a seamstress, but it was well-sewn, with no frayed edges or thread strings. It does not blend in or appear to be low-cost.
I've been looking for something like this for a long time. This was a bit of a treat for me. I usually buy a basic bedskirt, but I really like this linen bedskirt because it's made of a nice soft linen material. Steaming or ironing is required.
This dust ruffle is an excellent value for the quality, and it came in a longer length than I required. The majority of skirts in this length I looked at were more than twice the price; highly recommended.
It's the ideal finishing touch for the look I was going for in my bedroom. Sheek and shabby, but warm and inviting, like a farmhouse. The length of the skirt and the puddles on the floor are important to me. Excellent craftsmanship. Because it's made of linen, it has a slightly wrinkled appearance, which is exactly what I was looking for. Because it isn't perfectly white, it has a softer appearance. Love it.
I started with the queen size 14" drop, which I washed on a cool/delicate setting and air dried before putting it between the mattress and box springs. The queen size 100% cotton platform shrank during the wash cycle, but the linen 14" drop did not shrink during the wash cycle. The drop resembled highwater pants when I placed it on the bed! This item was exchanged for a queen size 22" drop on Amazon. The dust ruffle fits the queen size specifications BEFORE washing as directed, but not after. The 100% cotton platform shrank 4 inches this time, but the 22" drop didn't. Despite the fact that the platform is now smaller than my queen size box springs, this one generously covers the sides of the bed. I simply centered it on the platform and left the sides as is. The dust ruffle is lovely. Natural fibers are extremely difficult to come by! Just keep in mind that the cotton platform will shrink by 4". I've already put it to the test twice!.
I'm very happy. On a full-size vintage spindle bed, I needed to conceal some large bed lifters and was able to do so by cutting slits in the front corners and drapering around the corners. I can't tell they're there, so they've exceeded my expectations!.
Linen of Linen of Linen of Linen of Khaki. It's never easy to tell if the words and the image are truly identical. They were not in this case. Flax linen, not khaki, was required to match the rest of the room's linens. It is, thankfully, simple to return. Isn't it for this reason that we all adore Amazon? This bedskirt is fantastic, especially considering the price; similar ones on the other side were at least $100 more. When it arrived, it was wrinkled, but with a good iron, it was straightened. The gray is gray, not green like it appears in the photo. I would strongly suggest it.
