Yes, the foundation color is a lovely silvery cornflower blue - The flower is silver/gray, and the trim is silver/gray. The vine print is silver/gray as well. I hope this information is useful.
The fabric is lovely, soft, pretty on the bed, and washes well, so I bought the 240x50cm for my California king size bed and it's perfect. I'm considering purchasing a different shade. Each end of the bed is draped with a runner. The length is ideal for my king-size bed. I hope this has been of assistance.
The pillowcase is not included in the package.

The photo of the scarf on the bed runner is completely false. It is shown in the photo hanging down to the comforter's bottom edge. I ordered a king size (to fit my regular king size mattress), and the scarf is easily 9 inches short on each side to look like it does in their advertisement photo. I'll send it back to you.
This is a perfect match for my grey satin pillows. I got it because I put a towel at the foot of my bed for my cat to sleep on. She doesn't seem to care for the towel's texture, but she adores this. I read the reviews and ordered the largest size for my queen bed, which is perfect! I only gave it four stars because it does not come with any pillows.

This item arrived quickly, and even though I ordered a large quantity, each one was individually wrapped. When people tried out mattresses at a Mattress Store, I made sure they didn't wear their shoes on them. These are attractive on the surface, but they are slick and easily slip off. They're also a little on the thin side, but they're a good deal.
