Having a king size does not have a zipper it just appears to be fitted sheet style as stated on the package

The side panel completely covered at least 3 inches of the mattress at the other end, so it felt a little small. The overall quality was not so bad that it deserved to be kept. It makes me wonder if it will shrink if I wash it. In addition to testing the waterproofness of this mattress cover, I did so on another score. In order to wet the pad when it was fixed on the mattress, I poured 8 ounces of water on it. The water would side off to the sides or remain on top of the pad, which was quite surprising. I had a great time seeing it. The impression I got was very good. In terms of fluids, I am not sure how well it will hold up. Generally, this pad cover is very soft, and there are no odors associated with its packing.
The crib mattress was ripped immediately when it was placed on it.
The bag developed a hole after I washed it once before using it. It is a total loss.
A recent update. There are several problems with this product. The waterproof top seems to be of great quality, but it split at a seam on one side when stretched over the bed. Although I haven't even washed it yet, I am confident that I didn't damage it in any way. Since I know it will be unusable after it has been washed, I'm scared to do so. My infant mattress cover was a very expensive purchase, and since I was on a budget, I spent a lot of time shopping for one. It is very frustrating to spend $18 on something I cannot return since the original package was thrown away. EDIT
A company contacted me after seeing my review and sent me a second one. This is a good quality mattress cover, but it is a bit tiny for my crib mattress that is standard sized. It would be better if I looked somewhere else.
There seems to be good quality in the mattress protector. By adding a top quilting layer to firm crib mattresses, you add just a touch of cushion without compromising safety, providing a barrier to keep the waterproof layer from making babies sweaty. gave 4 stars due to the fact that although this cover is advertised as a standard crib size, it just hardly fits my daughter's standard crib mattress, as can be seen The issue of whether or not the device will remain attached securely has not yet been resolved.

Everything seems to be going well. I have not been able to test the cover and see if it is waterproof since our baby will not arrive until April, but the cover seemed soft and durable when I first opened the package. The first time I put this to the test, my toddler put it to the test. The mattress stayed dry the next morning, even after it rained overnight. The shirt washed well and fit well.
