I spent at least an hour looking for a fitted crib sheet with no negative reviews about shrinking and that would fit a standard (not mini) crib mattress with a depth of 9 inches. This fitted crib sheet has a lovely pattern (blue floral design) with bold colors that matches the product image on Amazon exactly. After washing the sheet in hot water with Tide powder detergent and drying it on delicate (low), I took this photo. It still fit the mattress after washing and drying, and the colors were not faded. It is fully elasticized all the way around, allowing it to hug the crib mattress and stay in place. Even after a hot wash, I believe you could easily fit a mattress protector underneath a toddler bed because the fabric has enough give and there is extra fabric underneath the mattress. This sheet should not be used on a mattress that is any smaller than the standard crib for which it was designed. There would be far too much loose fabric, which could cause SIDs to develop.
The colors are vibrant and bold, the design is cute, and it is SOFT. Butter, for example. soft. I find that many crib mattress covers are stiff and scratchy, but this one felt like velvet, and my two-year-old immediately cuddled down into it. She was also enthralled by the dinosaur pattern (she is a dinosaur aficionado). I just got it, so I can't say how well it will hold up just yet, but I really like it and would buy from them again. What a wonderful discovery!.
Orange with white leaves is a cute pattern. Very gentle. This pattern has been purchased by me. 2 more for our crib mattresses, as well as two different patterns for our changing mat, all from this seller/brand because I love the material. a wide range of floral patterns.
