Questions & Answers

Is a size large appropriate for my child, who wears a size 3t?

My son wears a size 2T and it fits him perfectly with plenty of room. I'd overdo it on the calories.

What is the sack's tog rating?

It's a zero, according to the package. 5 TOG (75-100 degrees Fahrenheit) 81F)

Do you have two "whale/stars" in this package?

Yes, I got a sleep sack with a white/blue whale and a dark blue/silver stars. Over the course of three months, the zippers have performed admirably. Since we're in Georgia, we didn't want them to be too thick.

What is the duration of the 18-month probationary period? Sleep sack for a 24 month old?

I have no idea. Due to its poor quality, the item was immediately returned.

The sleeping bag is very nice
5/5

I felt compelled to write a review as a result of this. I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to provide a direct comparison of the sleep sacks because I believe some of the reviews were inaccurate. br>br>I found the Hudson and Halo sleep sacks to be very similar. br>br>As you can see in the pictures, the XL sleepsack in each brand is directly compared:br>- They're almost identical in length, with the Hudson sleepsack being slightly longer.
- The necklines differ slightly, but neither is too tight under the chin.
- The halo zipper is inverted, but not the Hudson's (the Hudson has a piece of cloth that acts as a zipper protector)br>- The shoulders of the halo are a little widerbr>- The arm openings on the halo are a little smaller, but they're not too tight or loose. br>- The substance is unique. The Hudson's halo could be a little softer, and the Hudson's halo could be a little thinner. My child, on the other hand, doesn't seem to mind. br>br>They both came out clean. They did not get any smaller. They stayed in their original shape. Washing had no effect on the zippers. Overall. br>br> Both of these sleepsacks are very nice, and the Hudson is only about half the price. I think they're both attractive, and I hope this information is useful.

Purchase a few! My second child has been sleeping in a sleep bag since she was about 6 months old
5/5

In the 6-pack, I purchased a few Halo microfleece bags. I bought a few jersey cotton bags as my daughter grew out of it (around 14 months, 70 percentile for height) and the weather warmed up. I put the Halo bags in my cart and paused when I saw the total because they were around $20 each. I decided to do a quick search and came across the Hudson brand, which I immediately ordered and was completely satisfied with. I've since ordered more, and the quality is excellent, especially considering the price is half that of Halo! The 12- I ordered the 18 month size, which will most likely last longer than 18 months but isn't too big at the moment; I'm so glad I found these!.

It's highly suggested! This sleeping bag is one of our favorites
5/5

6 to 8 oz 12mos) woodland pattern br>It's a tad thinner than Halo cotton, but only slightly. This is an excellent choice for the summer. br>It's the same width as the Halo brand, but it's a half inch longer in the fleece style than the Halo brand (more of a scoop neck than a V like the Halo brand) and it's a half inch longer in the fleece style than the Halo brand. br>My daughter is 7 months old, weighs about 17 pounds, and is 25 inches long, and it fits her perfectly. I expect it to fit her for a while, but if it looks like it will be a cool night, I'll put her in fleece pajamas underneath. A fleece sleep sack (Halo) is also available for cooler nights. These are a much safer option than a regular blanket. I really like the pattern, and there are so many options! Also, a fantastic price! Normally, it washes and dries well.

Too big
3/5

The quality is satisfactory, but the size of this item is enormous! I ordered a large for my tall 3 year old and it fits perfectly. I was dissatisfied with the sizing.

There's a reason it's cheap, it seems
3/5

For more than a year, we've been sleeping in sacks. 5 years. We are, in fact, the parents who purchased the XL. Hey, if he's happy, we're happy, too. All of my previous sacks were Halo, but when this one arrived, the zipper broke the first time I used it. In order to get my toddler out of the house in the morning, I had to force it. I'm not usually one to write bad reviews, but this appears to be a major sleep sack failure. Hudson's other products, such as their blankets, are better, in my opinion. Perhaps it was just a fluke on my part.

Comparable to Halo sleep sacks in terms of price
5/5

The fabric, construction, and zipper are all of excellent quality. I prefer these to Aden and anis (spelling?) sleep sacks because they are very similar to the halo sleep sacks at a lower price. ) muslin ones, which don't shrink and fall apart, and have a nice weight to them without being too hot. I was given a size 0- My large 4 and I have been together for 6 months. Fits perfectly for a 5-month-old who is in the top ten percent of his weight and height. She has reached the age of eighteen. Long and weighing 5 pounds. Because they are cotton, you could try putting them in the dryer on high several times if they are too big for your baby. When I washed and dried them on normal, I didn't notice any significant shrinkage. They are extremely durable.

This purchase has made me extremely happy
4/5

This purchase has made me extremely happy. My 9-month-old had always slept in halo sleep sacks, but he had outgrown the small sizes. We had a few that had been passed down to us, but none in larger sizes. We require at least three at any given time, one for daycare, one for home, and one as a backup, so purchasing the halos appeared to be an expensive proposition. But they're a big part of my son's sleep routine, and he's too young for blankets, so we were stuck. br>br>Then I came across these. If we didn't like it at home, I figured I'd order one and send it to daycare. I'm quite pleased with myself. These are really good sleep sacks, even if the fabric is a little thicker and less soft/luxurious than halo cotton. The fabric is still gentle on baby's skin, the neck area is wide but not excessively so, and the shape is similar to that of a halo. These are just a smidgeon shorter than the halo ones in the same size, which is a bummer for my long, skinny baby, but whatever. I also like how the zip opens from the bottom to the top, making it easy to access the diaper. br>br>They do seem to shrink, which, combined with the stiffer fabric, takes a star away from them for me, but at half the price of the halos, I still bought four because they're a good product for the price, and I like the prints.

The fit is excellent, the fabric is soft and lovely, but the zipper is a nightmare
3/5

It was made of a lovely, soft fabric. The pattern was a lovely blue with silver stars strewn across it. It was the perfect fit and wasn't too heavy - Perfect for when it's warmer outside but you still want to wrap your child in a blanket. The zipper was 100% useless, low end junk

The zipper was 100% As only a cheap piece of garbage can, it kept jamming up and getting stuck on itself and air. I sew, and I would never buy this quality of zipper unless I had no other option. br>br>I intend to make a shirt for my son out of the fabric, as it is useless as a baby bag. There are better brands of baby bags if you're looking for one. Unless you have access to a seamstress who can replace the zipper right away.
