It was a perfect fit for my XL twin.
Yes! It will
Dear, you can choose a Twin XL size mattress cover because it extends up to 12 inches and fits your mattress perfectly.
I don't know how it would fit on your mattress because mine is a queen size. I'll say that mine is designed to accommodate thick mattresses, but I'm not sure if that helps.

I tested its water resistance by suspending a piece of the Encasement's fabric over a bowl and pouring a cup of water into it. It passed after a few hours: The water was still suspended in the fabric, there was no sign of water in the bowl, and the fabric on the bottom side was completely dry! The Encasement was then machine washed and dried (gentle cycle, cold water, and only partially dried in dryer - see below). allowing it to air dry for the remainder of the drying time). After that, I repeated the test - and it went off without a hitch once more.
I work in healthcare and take every precaution to avoid bringing critters home, which I've fortunately avoided. I ordered a new bed and needed new encasements; you get what you pay for in this case. All of my other encasements have a Velcro encasement that covers the zipper at the end. This lacks that, and bedbugs can squeak through the cracks. As a result, the extra inside flap depicted in the photos on this page is useless. So, if you're looking for a bedbug-proof cover, this is not the one for you. Spend a little more money to get a better product. This one may suffice if all you need is something waterproof.
So, after years of buying large dog beds and having to throw them out after a while because no matter how many times you wash the cover, they eventually stink, I decided to make my own. Then we got a dog, who devoured them but left our mattresses alone. So I bought a twin mattress and this cover to protect it from stains caused by drool, urine, or simply the smell of a dog. I also cover the protector with a twin sheet, which I change weekly like the rest of our bedding. It's ideal; we had a dog who had surgery and had a small amount of blood leak; On the mattress, there isn't a stain. There will be no stench from the mattress. This zips up so it doesn't move around or fall off the mattress when the dog moves. This is something I wish I had done years ago.
The $500 mattress was not protected after the kid peed on it. It's now a total shambles! THIS PRODUCT IS NOT WATER RESISTANT!.
UPDATE: The queen size is slick and leaves a little material on the floor - It's difficult to put on on your own! It took me about 30 minutes and a few hilarious positions, but I got it done! On a 16" mattress, it's not a tight fit, but there's plenty of room. I'm a little worried about the lack of a zippered closure; Some of the other encasements I looked at had a Velcro enclosure that appeared to be very secure. The zipper is tucked into a small lip on the BedSure. We were so perplexed after reading so many reviews! Finally, I had to CHOOSE ONE, and I went with this one because the fit stated that it would work with mattresses ranging from 12" to 18" thick. 15" deep. There's also plenty of room. but not to the point where the cover is unable to close. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it protected our $2000 mattress from a "accident" that stained our sheets; There were no stains on the mattress. The encasement was wet but absorbed all of the liquid despite the fact that it was damp. For added protection, I use a thick mattress pad cotton cover (not an encasement) on top of the encasement and under the sheets. I'm glad I took care of it! I'm going to get a new mattress pad cover, but I'm still undecided on which brand to get. I'd like some advice.
We've had great success with this method. It was placed on top of a worn-out mattress. My husband was adamant about keeping the mattress because it was still comfortable for him and he couldn't find one he liked. I was just annoyed by the state of the mattress, which was worn through in places and far beyond my ability to clean or repair. This has resolved the issue, and we are both happy with the result. He appreciates the comfort, and I appreciate the clean, new appearance. br>As an aside, the fit was perfect for us. Although the mattress is only 12", I believe the encasement could easily fit a 14" or even a 15" mattress. br>Because the mattress only opens on one side, it's a little difficult to get on it; we had to stand it up and slid it down from the top.
To be honest, I've tried a few different brands and they've all failed at some point - Tears, bedbugs, or gaps in the zipper mechanisms are all possibilities. This one was no exception, and I've had other brands that have lasted considerably longer.
That's exactly what I meant. This was a perfect fit for my full-size memory foam mattress from Bear. I bought it to keep it safe while I was moving and because my pets like to sleep in my bed with me, so I needed some extra protection. The only other thing is that it claims to be quiet and won't make noise like a plastic type cover would, but it has a slight sheen to it and does make noise when you move in bed, not a lot but enough if you're sensitive to that.
