The problem is the same. Mine has been on 6 for quite some time and has only just begun to warm up. Have you replaced your blanket, and if so, has it warmed up properly?
A total of 100 watts are used in the throw. After working in the energy services industry for ten years, I can tell you that a typical coffeemaker consumes 1200 watts and a standard two-slice toaster consumes 1500 watts. Depending on how much you pay per KW, the cost per kilowatt for using the throw for a few hours each day would be negligible.
This blanket has been with us since December of 2020. It's been in use for a long time and is still going strong. Furthermore, it appears to be brand new!
No, I don't believe it would work because of the timer.

It's extremely warm and soft, and it's a fantastic purchase! I also appreciate the fact that it is covered by a warranty. I did a lot of research before deciding on this blanket, and I wanted to buy from a reputable company. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable company. buy it! You're not going to be let down.
This blanket is one of my favorites. This blanket is unbelievably soft! It has shepa on both sides and is extremely soft against the skin. It's a large throw blanket with six different heat settings. It is extremely comfortable in all settings and will keep you warm on a chilly movie night, while relaxing on the couch, or while wrapping up in. There are no thick wires, and the cord extends far enough for plugging in. After 4 hours, it will shut down on its own. It appears to be of high quality. Because of the warmth and extra softness, it has a calming effect. It's incredible! The most incredible blanket I have ever seen!.
Because I suffer from an autoimmune disease that causes arthritis all over my body, I keep a basic one under my fitted sheet and a plush one as a throw. I've been on the lookout for a white heated blanket for a long time. The majority of them are dated and, at best, ugly beige, whereas this blanket is bright white and extremely fluffy/plush. I had another sherpa that I loved, but it was out of stock, so I happened upon this one by chance. I'm overjoyed that I was able to do so. I don't have to turn up the heat as much as I do with other blankets because it's thicker. Also, unlike other brands, you don't get the same sense of wires running through the fabric. It looks great, it's insanely soft and comfortable, it's nice and big, and it's less expensive than similar brands. Simply take action! You will not be sorry!.
I plugged it in and waited for it to heat up for what seemed like an eternity. Even on the highest setting, all I got was warmth and nothing else. When I asked other buyers about it, the general consensus was that they should return it because theirs heated up so much that they had to keep it on setting 2 or 3. This product has left me very disappointed.
Like a stuffed animal, it's extremely cuddly. It's a nice, soft material. It would be nice if it got warmer, but it does take the chill away. On the couch, it's the perfect size for one adult.
I looked everywhere for one of these for my college-aged daughter's gift list, including Amazon, regular retailers, and home improvement stores. Every single electric blanket sold by any seller received a negative review. (It has ceased to function. ) It has never worked before. Only partially heated in one or more sections. It took 40 minutes for the oven to heat up. The remote control was rendered useless. Too short of a remote cord, and too small of a blanket Unless you layer it with a heavier blanket, it's too light to feel the heat. The list could go on forever. ) I was about to give up when I realized that I wouldn't be able to - I was apprehensive about attempting any of them! I gave it a shot after her friend told her about this brand (which she herself uses). This one, on the other hand, is incredibly plush and comfortable, and it works! It's fantastic in every way. I purchased a bed for her. sized one rather than a throw blanket version, as throw blankets aren't large enough to wrap and cuddle in. And, of course, she can sleep in it because it fits her bed (I got a Queen-size bed). size). She adores it and is overjoyed with it. Her brother has also expressed an interest in purchasing one.
As soon as I saw this blanket, I knew I had to have it. Despite the fact that it is only October, I had to give it a try, and it is soft, warm, and comfortable. It has Sherpa on both sides, which I like, and it's distributed by a reputable company, which I also like. Last year, I bought another brand, but it broke down in the middle of the winter. I can't wait for it to get cold outside!.
I thought it wasn't hot enough at first, but after putting it to the test, it's plenty hot. A thick double-sided heating blanket is extremely difficult to come by. On one side, the fabric is usually thick and on the other, it is usually thin. It's the thickness of the material that gives the impression that it's not hot enough. However, after about 10 minutes of being under it, you must lower the temperature. It's as if you're being hugged by a stuffed animal when you're wrapped in this blanket. The sherpa is softer than the traditional sherpa, which is a little coarser. The quality of the seams around the edges is excellent, and the heat setting is straightforward. Love it.
