I ordered a twin size, and it fits perfectly.
So I bought this throw blanket to take camping with me. I put it to the test by plugging it into a wall outlet. I took it on my trip and plugged it into a 400 watt inverter, and it worked perfectly. It only made a red blinking noise. "Wth? "How come it isn't working?" I inquired. When you get home, plug it into a wall outlet. It worked for the second time. Since then, I've been at work. I'm assuming I'll need a higher-wattage inverter, which I don't understand because the blanket only requires about 140 watts to operate. So I'm guessing the red blinking lights are caused by a power supply problem. The red blinking lights will not appear if it is plugged into the correct power source.
It is equipped with a four-hour shut-off timer.
You must select the time when you want it to be turned off.

The softest, warmest, and cuddliest of the four heating blankets is this one. I'm returning two of them for replacement because they don't even come close to this one! Inside the house and out on the porch, everyone loves this heating blanket!.
For the past two days, I've been using the blanket. There will be no additional heat. which a lot of other people were trying to warn you about. Go to Google and type in "best electric blankets" and see what comes up. That is exactly what I am doing at the moment. I should've done more research in the beginning. Instead, I'd tell you what I'm getting, but Amazon is unlikely to allow me to print it. It is, however, available through Amazon; I just didn't see it listed there. Regardless, I'll give it a shot. The Hyde Lane Sherpa Oversized Electric Blanket is what it's all about. Although it is more expensive, I would rather have something that works!.
This is a revised version of the previous review. I just bought my second one because I love them so much! If you suffer from chronic pain, I cannot recommend this highly enough; it is incredibly soft and comfortable. I use it every day for hours on end, and I've had one for nearly a year and it's still going strong.
the. Oh my goodness, I'm in awe of you! This is the most amazing heating blanket I've ever used. When I curl up in my recliner, the size (throw size) is ideal for me. I have severe nerve damage in my legs these days, so I have to keep them wrapped up all the time; I like this blanket because it is soft, light, small, and warms up quickly. Also, a very good price! br>I would strongly recommend this blanket to anyone who needs a little extra warmth from time to time. It would make a wonderful gift for the elderly who suffer from arthritis, as well as young girls and boys who suffer from leg spasms. Growing pains was how we used to refer to them. My mother used to rub rubbing alcohol on my legs when I was a teenager because I was in excruciating pain! Then add a heating pad to the mix.
You must exercise caution. The piece that connects the cord to the blanket easily separates, allowing the cord to slip out. Not safe! br>If it weren't for this potentially dangerous issue, I would give the blanket 5 stars. br>CAUTION: THIS PAGE MAY CONTAIN OFFENSIVE MATERIAL. This blanket is absolutely gorgeous.
I bought two blankets, the second one was a replacement because they sent a new one right away, so instead of returning the first one, I decided to use the power cord on alternate while the first one was being washed! I'm not sure if buying a cord replacement is an option or if I should pay for it. I tried twice and paid twice because they were so quick to send out a replacement, so I decided not to return the first one and let them keep the sale. There are now two blankets in my possession. Inside there are Wired's that are useless. Perhaps I'll switch to a different brand.
This electric blanket has been a lifesaver for me. On the sofa, it's soft and inviting to curl up in. Some electric blankets have hard wires inside that make them stiff, but that is not the case with this one. When you feel for them, you can tell there are wires in it, but they aren't readily apparent unless you're trying to feel for them. The cord is long enough that it isn't cumbersome, and as long as you're near an outlet, you won't need an extension cord. When I had the last three blankets, they would overheat and require unplugging and replugging. This blanket has either not overheated or the tripping mechanism simply shuts it off, eliminating the need to unplug it in order to turn it back on. Negative: The button for turning it on and changing settings is flush with the handheld controller part, making it easy to accidentally turn it up, up, up! It does not turn off automatically after a long period of time. When I go to bed, I stuff it into my blanket pile. My toes are numb at this point. At 1, on the other hand, I wake up at 2 a. m. with hot flashes and must turn off the blanket manually, which is inconvenient. My previous two blankets would automatically shut off after about 2 hours, so the fact that it stays on for longer may be beneficial to some.
