India produces these. I actually have three of these blankets because I adore them. Unlike some less expensive cotton blankets, this one has a tight weave. These are soft and well-made, and they also wash well.
I think this is one of the best blankets I've ever bought. It's soft but not overly so, and it's got some body to it.
I purchased a king size, which shrank slightly but not enough to prevent it from covering the entire bed.
Folkstone Blue Queen Size will be available again in ten days.

100% cotton
100% cotton cotton cotton the most crucial! br>I bought it for a guest room in our house because I have a gluten-free daughter who is extremely sensitive to things, touches/feels, and is allergic to everything
br>As a result, I wanted to double-check that everything 'feather' had been removed from her room. br>After reading the reviews, I decided to buy this as a bed quilt. I'm in ecstasy right now. br>It's pretty amazing right out of the box- incredibly gentle comfy! br>I immediately tossed it in the washer and tumble dried it on low heat. It's even better than that! It's lightweight, so it's good for those who get hot or sweat at night, and I know it'll be the best quilt in time. br>It's a great lightweight quilt for all seasons, but you might need a comforter over it in the dead of winter, but for the rest of the year, you won't need anything else!.
I received the blanket on time and in perfect condition. I washed the blanket before putting it on my bed, following the manufacturer's instructions. When I took the blanket out of the washing machine, there was about a cup full of thick, heavy threaded "lint" in the machine's tub; I shook out the wet blanket, and a lot more wet "lint" came out. Because there was so much lint coming out of the blanket when I put it in the dryer, I had to clean the filter every 10 minutes throughout the drying cycle. The blanket is shown above, as well as a 2 cup pile of lint from the washer and dryer. The lint that was thrown in the trash can is not included in this pile. Although the blanket appears to be in good condition, I have not used it because I am hesitant to wash and dry it again. I understand that cotton blankets produce a lot of lint, and my experience could be typical, but I was not prepared for this!.
When I discovered it was made in India, I was extremely disappointed. I was under the impression it was made in Texas. When I inquired about it, I was directed to the description with Texas circled. Advertising that is deceptive.
It's well-made, and the cotton is of high quality. It's light but not too light, breathable and soft, and it adds warmth to the bedding as the weather cools. The seams are well-sewn around the edges. The nice border can be found on both the top and bottom ends. It has made me very happy!.
These are some of the best summertime outfits I've seen in a long time blankets made of heavy cotton Artificial fabric blankets (e. g. , afghans) are not my favorite. I don't care for open loose weave cotton blankets (e. g. , acrylic), and I don't care for open loose weave cotton blankets (e. g. , acrylic). This is ideal - 100% cotton with a closed weave. Perfect for the summer !.
I purchased a Threadmill Home Linen thermal cotton blanket as well as a less expensive blanket. The Threadmill blanket is denser and warmer, with nicely finished top and bottom hems. Overall, the product is of excellent quality.
100% cotton shrunk a little but it remained long enough to tuck in at the foot of my twin XL bed. I've had a hard time finding a blanket that's long enough for my XL bed; twin blankets just don't fit. When compared to a synthetic/acrylic blanket, I prefer the weight of cotton. Cotton "anchors" the sheet to the quilt, whereas synthetics are slick and cause the bed to "fall apart" during the night. I can't sleep well unless my bed has a certain feel to it (the blankets are comfortable and stay put), because shifting blankets will wake me up if the weight is heavier on one side than the other. It's a huge annoyance. However, I find that this blanket adds just the right amount of weight and is extremely comfortable for me. The edge finish is excellent, and the blanket appears to be made of high-quality materials.
They are exactly as advertised and as other reviews have stated. After the first wash, there was minimal shrinkage, and it perfectly fit my queen bed. In the grey and sage colors I purchased, the herringbone pattern is elegant. After washing, there is no color loss. 100% cotton is well worth the price.
