I assumed the throw would be 60 x 80 when I bought it, but it is not. It's a throw blanket that measures 50 x 60 inches, which is standard size.
"Continue on"? I'm not sure what you're talking about; it's not an electric blanket. I suppose it will stay on as long as the user does not turn it off! Hahahaa ! I purchased one for my husband to use while watching television, and he enjoys it. I hope this information is useful.
I figured it out! When it comes to blankets and throws, heat is the enemy. Wash on a cold, gentle cycle and air fluff in the dryer (it will take two and a half to three times as long to dry), or hang to air dry over a few chairs. There is no softener in the fabric. Use only half the amount of laundry soap you normally do. You can also make the rinse water with a cup of water and 1/4 cup vinegar (white or apple cider vinegar). This removes any soap residue, softens the water, and doesn't leave a vinegar odor. The most serious issue, however, is that any heat will degrade the softness. It literally melts the fabric to the point where it is no longer soft, or at least not as soft as it once was.
It isn't particularly heavy, but it keeps me warm and is pleasant to touch.

I agonized over which air bed and blanket to purchase for hours. The main issue is that reviews are so inconsistent and contradictory that one person may adore something while another may despise it. Someone complains about the stitching, while another praises it. What do you think you're supposed to do with that? especially when returning something is typically impractical due to the difficulty and cost of doing so. br>br>All I have to say is that I adore, adore, adore, adore, adore, adore, adore, adore, adore, adore, adore, adore, adore, adore this It feels like velvet and is soft and huggable. The navy color is stunning, a deep rich velvet blue that is slightly darker than shown in the picture. There were no flaws that I noticed. It was spotless and ready to go. br>br> I only wash my blankets once or twice a year (as needed), so I'm not sure why people do it weekly; sheets are for that. Putting any blanket in a washing machine is tough on it, and some machines are worse than others, tearing them apart from the pounding; this is not the blanket's fault. I just got this today, so I have no idea how long it will last, but I have no reason to believe it won't. If I come across any legitimate issues, I will update this review. [update: It still looks and feels like new after 6 months and 2 washes, so there are no durability issues]br>br>some people have complained that it isn't warm enough. However, this is not a winter weight blanket; if you're shivering in an unheated log cabin, this won't keep you warm. However, if you're using it in a heated environment, this will suffice. And if it isn't for some inexplicable reason, you can just add another blanket, because layering is a good thing. What a load of nonsense people complain about. (update: Some people are just naturally colder than others; my mother, for example, complains that I'm cold when I'm hot. Layering, on the other hand, is a must). br>br>In my opinion, this blanket is perfect!br>br>However, pay attention to the size! The width appears to be a little smallish; I'm not sure what is normal, but you only get about 10 inches overlay on each side (do the math). So I went up a size, and it now reaches all the way to the floor. final thought. br>br> Over the top of their beds, most people drape bedspreads. The primary purpose of which is to make the bed look nice; however, this blanket is so lovely that there is no need to cover it; it looks great on its own. br>br>Attention: br>br>Disclaimer: This review was not compelled by any means. I paid full price and have no affiliation with any of the businesses. I wrote this review because I rely heavily on other people's reviews when deciding which product to buy, and I'm frustrated by the often low-quality, highly biased reviews that I have to sift through when trying to get an accurate impression of a product. It's a cream color instead of white or gray. Brown stains were all over the place when it arrived! My measurements are incorrect; mine are 90x94 for a king ad that claims to be 90x120. I washed it in the hopes of removing the stains, but they did not come out.
This blanket is absolutely fantastic! This blanket was purchased to prepare for Chicago's autumn weather (it wasn't cold enough for a full duvet, but it wasn't warm enough for just a top sheet). It's so thick and soft that I think it'll be my winter blanket. I showed mine to my mother as soon as I got it, and she immediately wanted one. My mother had a massive stroke and is easily agitated by certain textures, but this blanket seems to instantly calm her and soothe her.
The "sherpa" side isn't really sherpa at all. After a few weeks or the first wash, it feels more like wool, which isn't a problem for me because it's still soft. Just keep in mind that this isn't a genuine sherpa blanket. I gave it three stars at first, but I increased it to four because of the micro-aggressions. The fleece side is INCREDIBLY plush and feline-friendly. approved (the most important seal of approval, let's face it).
I placed an order for my daughter, who works as a camp counselor in Wisconsin. With three blankets, she was still too cold, so I emailed her this. She stated that both sides are extremely soft. I'm thinking about getting one for my own place.
The blanket isn't as fluffy or thick as the Bedsure blanket. I should have spent a little more money and gotten another Bedsure blanket, but I decided to take a chance on this cheap one, and now we're disappointed. It's not clear how long it'll last. This is the blanket for you if you want a very thin, low-cost blanket.
This blanket is incredibly large and plush. This was purchased for my 6-foot-tall boyfriend, who enjoys snuggling up under a blanket. The big ones were always a source of contention for us. He's been using it nonstop since I gave it to him, and he adores it. It's a lovely color, and it's so gentle. br>br>Creative+ paraphrase: I need to get a second one because we're currently arguing about it. If you're unsure, go ahead and buy it.
It appeals to me. This blanket appeals to me. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. In comparison, it makes my bed sheets seem cold. I think I'll order another Sherpa blanket to use as a bed sheet cover and then be surrounded by warm fuzziness. It's incredibly affordable, and I've had no issues with it thus far. Even though it's thin, it's extremely warm. My previous blankets were too thick, causing my ankles to hurt while I slept. This blanket is fantastic, and I'll be ordering more for spares in the future. I washed it and dried it on low heat because there was a small mystery stain. As a result, any germs that may have survived should have died a long time ago.
