This is obviously being returned to the sender. The fact remains that this is an utter waste of your time and money, as well as how personally offended I am that the manufacturers would even consider offering such an awful blanket to a human being. My first reaction to it was not a good one, and I think it was because I was unfamiliar with it, but after a couple of nights I fell It reassures me, comforts me, and provides a sense of security to me. Sleeping without it would be impossible for me. I find comfort in the blanket as a form of emotional security. Not sure why I feel that way, but that's just the way it is. While growing up, I experienced emotional and physical abuse. Now, I'm in my early 20s and experiencing problems. It is the best thing in the world to come home to a weighted blanket after a long day of battling demons and holding on to life. It makes me feel a little bit better to crawl under it. In the short term, its sufficient. It may not be everything I need, but for now, that's fine.

My favorite aspect of the weight is Because I had to purchase the cover separately (more $), and because the glass beads kept shifting, I hesitated to buy the product. It is true, however, that they mean 25 lbs when they say The weight makes it difficult for you to move. As my son is a very big guy and this fits into his queen bed, I like how well it fits. The problem is that he does not speak, so I'm not sure if it will work. During the mornings, he seems to stay in bed longer. It took me until today to get this blanket. In the moments after pulling it out and laying it over me, I was relaxed and felt as if I was going to go to sleep any minute. It is a lot of blanket and a lot to pick up but I do not feel like I am carrying a heavy weight when I am holding it. When unfolded, it feels incredible because the weight is evenly spread and it simply feels good. The construction appears to be excellent and there is no sign of leakage. I love the soft cotton of this material. I did not seem to get too warm wearing this blanket since it breathes well. Also, I plan to purchase the duvet this week since it is definitely something you don't want to damage your washing machine Looking around at other blankets, the value of this one seems to be very good compared to others. My mind makes these things happen despite my inability to explain how they do so. This will be the perfect bed for me to sleep on.

There is no doubt that this blanket is of nice quality and is evenly weighed. When looking at this blanket, consider the fact that the blanket weighs 25 pounds. It makes the effort of changing positions (rolling from one side to the other side of your body) very difficult. Yeah, it's that heavy and I'm 6' and 250 pounds. The only issue I have with the blanket (and that is probably my fault) is that it is very much sized for twin beds. As you can see in the picture they use to advertise this blanket, the pillows are stacked in a certain way to give the appearance it is long enough to cover a queen-sized bed. There is no such thing as a free lunch. There is only one blanket in the package. I strongly advise you to never use this blanket on small children or toddlers due to its heavy weight. Choose the right weight and look at the recommended age based on your research. I would like to comment on how chilly it is. As long as warmth and pressure are not required, you could add an extra sheet or thin blanket. The material is quite breathable similar to that of a sheet and can function as a sheet or thin blanket if you prefer a Due to the fact that it is quite heavy, I would not wash it in my washing machine since I will probably break my washer. Rendering it dry would be the best thing to do. You should note As shown in the attached photo, the bed is a standard queen size.

That's what I love about it. Using it on the couch is what I prefer because my husband does not like it since I think personal preferences play a big part in it. Sleeping through the night with it and having chronic insomnia are both problems I've encountered. As mentioned in other reviews, I have noticed some pellets escaping from time to time, but none have caused any problems for me so far. The fact that I am now capable of sleeping through the night without any issues is something I haven't experienced in nearly two decades therefore, I can't say a bad word about it.
