My friend will take a 6 hour flight from Arizona to Hawaii with this. It was almost impossible for me not to feel jealous when she unplugged her headphones and buried her head into this pillow for hours. I had to order one for myself! Since I mostly only fly economy class since I also suffer from cervical neck pain, I'm always in search of ways to make my flights more comfortable. It's important to note that this is quite lightweight and folds up to a relatively compact size. The majority of my time was spent on the tray table, the seat in front of me, head first, and it helped my neck greatly.

The product helped me a great deal with my neck pain during a 7-hour flight. As for the rating, I give it 3 stars because it loses air and needs to be topped off every hour or so it's also a little bulky for the seats, especially if you're sitting in the middle.

Travel pillows such as this make me so happy. Whenever I take a long flight, I usually end up in the middle seat. Usually I end up in the middle because my husband prefers the aisle seat. The three different types of neck pillows I purchased cost me a lot of money. I couldn't keep my head from sagging as I slept with any of those pillows. The pillow feels so much better than the drop-down tray I used to usually put my backpack on. Whenever I put my head on it, I woke up with a stiff neck. There is no problem now that I have this pillow! It is a pleasure to recommend this pillow to anyone who complains about their head flop forward, having to use the dinner tray, or twisting their head on their backpack to sleep.
