Questions & Answers
Originally, this pillow was made by hand.
Yes, it works for side sleepers like me as I sleep on my side every night at home using my pillow. It is also big enough for you to place your hand or arm on top or underneath if that is something you like to do, but doing so may somewhat mess with the pressure in the pillow, which is something common to There are slight crinkles in the pillow as well
If you want something comfortable to sit on, you should try the V Seat or the Cush. The pillows, which are not designed for sitting on, are difficult to keep balance when you are seated on them.
While I haven't used it for travel on an airplane, I've used it a lot while camping and for long layovers at the airport. I'd love to see Klymit design one specifically for traveling by air!

A short version of this In this case, there is an air bladder covered in a soft cloth. In a small package, it can be rolled up. The long version of this story. I find this to be a fairly lousy pillow at least for me. It is surprisingly difficult to bend the air bladder, as opposed to a foam pillow that is soft and bendable. It is still relatively unyielding even when only partially full of air. The idea of the mattress is decent, but I found that I often woke with a headache after attempting to sleep. A nice piece of work. nice size, with a pretty soft fabric on one side, sort of like a flannel feel. It takes just a few breaths to inflate, and it holds the air well. One of the best things about this package is that once the air is out, its size doesn't matter because it rolls up like a small package not that large. The camp pillow would definitely not be my cup of tea.
By comparison to other brands like Sea to Summit or Kathmandu, this pillow stands out for its cushioning and strong construction. I did everything I could to make it work, but it always came back to me deflated. The pillow inflatable must have a leak, as I tried to adjust the knob. We have only used it a couple of times and it has been frustrating to keep re inflating every few hours. Customer service contacted me and was very helpful. Update 4/14/2017 Update Customer service reached out to me and was My air bladder was replaced for free by them as the result of their stand behind their products. My customer and I put a 35lb weight on the model for five hours and were very happy to note no air This is a picture of what you are seeing. You no longer have any doubts as to the performance of this pillow. In addition to the large size and comfort, the cusioning makes it stand apart from other manufacturers.
It appears the pillow will be of excellent quality since it arrived today. A small pump was used to inflate it. Hence, why are there only two stars? The cover is nice and soft, so you can adjust it to your liking. This is due to the air filled inner liner being folded in all kinds of directions. The pillow makes loud snaps and crackles that bang into your eardrums with every movement of your head. I wouldn't buy this pillow again for $29, but I won't bother returning it. Besides the Klymit air mattress that has not yet arrived, I also bought a Klymit air mattress. The beta has been updated. Let's see how it goes. As of June 2019, I am no longer able to hear any noise coming from the pillow while camping. This pillow is comfortable and very slim with a similar feel to a standard pillow. Four stars were added to the rating.
In spite of my attempts to sleep on my back, I often end up laying on my stomach or side (as a result, I move a lot). My experience with inflatables has been a little frustrating in one way or another, mainly because they are so rigid when fully inflated (so if it's the exact height you want, it should be fine when less-inflated), and too floppy when less-inflated. This is better-than- I am fully-qualified This is overinflated. There's no soft surface on the ones advertising it, and the ones with soft surfaces usually have a very thin layer of gel or foam underneath they make noise like sleeping pads do, but if you wear ear plugs or don't move, then you might be fine. That's not enough for you to take action. It has been a while since I've tried Nemo Fillo, though There might be enough fill for that one. Please get some pillows and if you do not like them, you may return It is highly recommended that you at least try a shredded memory foam pillow (like a Thermarest Those who are looking for a comfortable pillow, good for camping and travel, should consider the Kohbi Sport Compressible Camping and Travel Pillow. As I pack light, it is painful to take along 11 ounces of pillows, but it is worth it to Additionally, I tried a Thermarest that was eight inches wider There was just not enough water in 9oz. I also recommend picking up the Klymit X-Play if you don't already have it You can either call it a pillow or a pillow - This is what they call X, whatever it is. For a lightweight cradle for your head, it is very good. My options are to cut open the Thermarest and install an inflatable bladder or to sew a pillow case densely filled with memory foam that I can then sew on to the mattress. When going the memory foam route, be aware that it takes days for it to fully expand at first. You may not be able to fully expand it by the time you go to sleep if you roll it up to pack. If you're packing it, I recommend keeping it unrolled (that might not be possi- From day one, you will be able to 2 -- if you can fit some food in your stomach after eating some of it. Comparing the two photos to my thickest pillow at home (a foam-filled ), which is a standard length of two feet. A Klymit pillow weighs about 4 pounds with a maximum air capacity of 4 lbs, which is a good compromise between a thick and thin pillow. If it feels too thick, you can always let out some air. This pillow was used by me while traveling for a week, because it was better than the pillow I usually get in hotels. This was the first time that I've experienced a hotel that was so comfortable. The only reason I knocked it down one star was that I didn't care for the cover which was OK, but I had a cotton pillowcase to slip over it and it felt more like the pillows I have Also, I did not like that it lost air overnight, which I'm sure is common with air pillows, but it is still a hassle to have to re-inflate it before you go to sleep. The puff of air lost was not a great deal, but it was noticeable. Having a soft, comfortable cradle that cradles my head was quite nice. It took me no more than six puffs of air to inflate it.
Here are some points to keep in mind The pros are It is worth the cost and weight it is suitable for any position it is great for lumbar support while seated it is the perfect size it is comfortable. It has a lot of softness, making it more comfortable than my regular pillow. It also has a stuff sack, which is great. The pillow case that comes with it is wonderful. It's China made so there is no patch kit so you'll have to buy two in order to avoid fighting.
