Today I received the product and immediately put it on. While it appears to be a high-quality product that does its job, I noticed numerous rust and grey spots throughout the foam as soon as I unzipped the cover. Is it possible that this was made in a moldy environment? I'd like the vendor to get in touch with me as soon as possible.

I've been sleeping with a shoddy neck support pillow that was given to me as a present. On a recent long flight to Japan, I discovered how insufficient this gift was for such a journey. br>br>Normally, if a flight is longer than 6 hours, my company will pay for business class. However, because this was a leisure trip, I chose to fly coach for a more affordable fare. I intended to upgrade with my FF miles. Unfortunately, there were no upgrades available for me. br>br>After seeing another flyer in a nearby seat with a deluxe-looking travel pillow, I decided I needed to upgrade my travel neck support pillow. There are many options, and I chose one based on advertised features, reviews, and price in comparison to competitors' models. I haven't had the chance to use this on a flight, but I have worn it while watching TV or playing video games on my console. Features that I like: br>br> Nuck support, memory foam, drawstrings instead of velcro, and a zippered storage case, which, by the way, is not the same as the drawstring bag shown in Amazon's photo illustrations. Minor flaws include: br>br> Rolling, compressing, and holding the pillow with one hand while trying to fit it into the zippered storage case can be difficult. a concern about the zipper's ability to perform under the stress of the compressed pillow over timebr>br>I'm happy with my purchase and look forward to On longer flights and road trips when I don't have to drive, I'm able to travel in greater comfort.

The color, feel, and softness are all wonderful. However, because I have a very short neck, it does not fit as well as I had hoped, but it would be perfect for the majority of people!.

Apart from being comfortable and providing excellent support, the most striking feature is how it appears when folded and stored in the case. It resembles a small ball and can be attached to the travel bag with ease. It saves space while also making people curious about what it is. The addition of an eye mask and ear plugs is a nice touch. The memory foam is of excellent quality and quickly returns to its original shape after being removed from the case.

I am very pleased with the pillow, as well as its comfort and travel capabilities, but the tear at the side I received resulted in me choosing an alternative pillow. I ordered two pairs of them since I believe that a frequent traveler would not like the tear down on the side. It's sized for someone with a larger nose than mine, but it fits most people, and the ear plugs are standard ones that you can get anywhere; I have no opinion on them.

Despite the high shipping fee, which accounts for more than a third of the purchase price, I'm returning it; I've been shopping on Amazon for years and have never, to my knowledge, returned anything. As a result, I was taken aback and resolved to be more vigilant in the future. br>However, I am well aware that I will never put it to use. It's possible that it's too hot because of the thick velvet cover. It's also quite heavy, and when I travel, I keep a close eye on every pound. Finally, when I tried it out at home, it didn't provide enough support for my head and neck. I suppose you get what you pay for when you buy something made in China.

I thought it was fantastic; it was exactly as described, comfortable, supportive, and small enough to fly with. , arrived promptly, and was well received by the gift recipientbr> So, because I suffer from neck pain, I've decided to buy one for myself. Everything was fine until I smelled something toxic. It was the pillow, I finally realized. I've had this problem before with bed pillows imported from other countries, and the fumes they released were extremely harmful to my health. I'm currently airing out the neck rest in the hopes that exposing it to cold air will resolve the issue.
